    The Christmas Special was awesome in a fun and cheesy Christmas Special-y way. So it achieved what it set out to do, handed out the always-appreciated usual Moffat humour and time travel weirdness, not to mention the fact that the episode put Karen Gillan back in the kissogram outfit. That's a win.

    Sixth series teaser was epicsauce ("I'm going to need a SWAT team ready to mobilise, maps of all of Florida, a pot of coffee, twelve Jammie Dodgers and a fez."). Can't wait for April.

    So, just watched it.

    Loved it, it was what christmas specials are meant to be, as the others said. Having never read/seen the ghost of christmas' past, the whole idea was incredibly original to me as well.

    As for the trailers for next season? Holy crap cannot wait.

    The trailer's just whole series of awesome clips after the other- they've really stepped the visual quality up this season, from the looks of it- and it shows. Maybe the fewer-episodes-per-Series approach allows them to put more money into each episode? Because it looks and feels great.

    And fucking A, is that the Series 1~4 TARDIS at 0:37? Also, the shot of Matt Smith in the evil-looking creature makeup at 0:07- if the major villain is the Valeyard, I'll be pretty psyched.
    Steven Moffat seems to be hitting all the right spots for any Who fan.

    Wow, I just learnt that the date of easter changes. I never knew that.
