What this one said. Episode was a fucking blast, start to finish. Smith, Gilian and Kingston were great.

    Now.

How creepy is it when you realize that the weeping angels are frozen when the viewer sees them, and that you now have hundreds of weeping angels in your computer.

    Excellent episode.

The Doctor: Parked us? But we haven't landed!
    River
: Of course we've landed; I just landed her!
    The Doctor
: But it didn't make the noise.
    River: What noise?
    The Doctor
: You know, the... [does an impression of the TARDIS materialisation sound]
    River
: It's not supposed to make that noise: you leave the brakes on!

Lol 900 years of leaving the handbrake on.

Yeah, that was annoying, although I wouldn't say it ruined the end for me. Just a little WTF?!

Glad I missed it and downloaded it instead.

Just got around to watching it and I have to say, fucking spectacular episode. Really really good. There wasn't enough Amy and that annoyed me but then again, there's never enough Amy.

Miles and miles better than last week's episode.

    Haha i loved that part

and oh god that reminded me of the Ring. I was a little kid when i was volunteered by my cousins to watch that with them. Evil bastards. And yeah it scared the shit out of me just like old times

I downloaded the episode but that really sucks. Kinda dumb to have a commercial during the show

My li'l sis came in to my room last night saying she was having nightmares about the weeping angels, being the good big sister I am I mentioned that little theory too her...

So yeah, shes been serving me cups of tea for the last two nights so I would let her sleep in my room.

I watched the episode late at night, right before bed, and man, they creeped the hell out of me. Not nightmares or anything, but i'd just think of them and get a jolt.

Either way, I finally caught up to the new Doctor, in the show. Gotta say, im loving it.

Matt Smith really didn't convince me until this episode, but i'm definitely starting to get a feel for his style.

Looking forward to more, pretty much.

I am more optimistic after this last episode, it was brilliant, but I'm not quite ready to give Smith a free pass yet. Most of what made it so good was the writing- my god, can Moffat write a good script!

Something about tonight's episode made me think that Amy might - just might - have a bit of a crush on the Doctor.

Pretty good overall though. Not as good as last weeks though. Wasn't sure about
    the angels moving.
Quite liked the effect, but I think it detracted from the scare factor a little.

    Also, who did
River kill? The best man she's ever known is presumably the Doctor - that was certainly the vibe I got...

Foreshadowing for the Eleventh Doctor's death?

Or perhaps metaphorical meaning of his personality of dying and a new Doctor.

    -shrugs-

EDIT: Amy Pond having something revolve around her?:|

Its kinda like Donna Noble, no?

And lol at kinky Amy wanting to sex the Doctor.

Put spoiler tags over that, you numbskull.

Best best best best episode yet. Can't wait to watch it again without having to stream it. It's going to be on the telly in two weeks.

I loved this episode, can't you tell?

The Angels moving is something I have actually been wanting to see since season three.

Amy is the best companion ever. The whore. The Doctors reaction to it though... Matt Smith is a great actor and an ever better Doctor.

BHjhfdjskhf. Before this scene, he lost his jacket, when the Angel grabbed him. But in this scene he is wearing a jacket. Sleeves rolled up too. Unless this is just a continuity error, which I doubt, this is a future Doctor. And remember in the Eleventh Hour, after the Doctor leaves, you see a shadow pass? It could just be Prisonor Zero, except the shadow looks human. And Prisonor Zero needs a lot of time to create a bond with a human in order to take that form. So maybe it's the Doctor?

And then there's the scene at the end, where adult Amy dreams that she's seven, sitting outside waiting for the Doctor, and then hears the TARDIS sounds and looks up.

What if it wasn't a dream? What if the Doctor actually came back?

In FaS he says, 'Remember what I told you when you were seven?' Amy says she doesn't, and he says, 'That's the whole point. You have to remember.'

For some reason, future Doctor is sneaking into his own timeline.

^This. It seemed like a few continuity errors were sneaking in, but this episode set those fears to rest.

Excellent episode in and of itself.

Amy is a whore. A dirty, dirty whore. I think I'm in love.

    Seriously good episode.

    Spoiler again

Smith was definitely the right guy for the job. The whole set up in this two-parter that ended in switching the gravity off was well played. I kept thinking that the Tenth Doctor would've sorted it a lot faster, though. Don't know why - just seems like Ten would have known the deal sooner.

He also would've been furious at Amy for throwing herself at him.

Then again, he's dead and gone so meh.

    All in all, awesome.

Am I the only one who didn't like that the Weeping Angel's moved on screen?

    Yeah. That wasn't great.

They're not supposed to move - because we, the viewer, are observing them.

    It made them less.
