I was going to use that in my fic. I still may, despite it being used every so often now, but I may do something like "I gave you your life back, so you owe me" sort of deal if I ever write again

Also, since he has Harry's blood as well as Wormtail's flesh, I think he could just do something nice for himself and consider the debt repaid.

But I'm swamped as hell in what is supposed to be my downtime as is between getting home at around 8pm from work, getting undressed, shower, eating is around 10 pm. I got to be asleep before 12am to wake up at 5am.

As is the board takes up all my free time, and it's more or less monitored by a pathetic cellphone or snuck time on the work laptop that's constantly wiped or switched out at a moments notice.

Back in the 4th book when voldy used that ritual to gain a body back, Harry's blood was forceablely taken. That coupled with the blood of a servant willingly given, the bone of the father, plus what-ever else went into the ritual. Now going by that, How could a life-debt accour?

The way i see it, is that with Harry's blood taken by force. That would negate any and all possiable life-debt's null and void, seeing as how Harry wasn't a willing particeapent in the ritual.

 

Hmm, I'm not sure if you are saying that he does or does not own Harry, but I am going to assume you mean that he does not. And you are right. He owes Harry nothing for the blood, seeing as how Harry didn't give it to him. He stole it. It would be nice of him to repay Harry for that, but I don't think he will. Rude guy.

Well, I think the debt goes to the person, rather than who ever happened to use a piece of that person to bring themselves back to life. And also, as I said above, Voldemort has as much of Harry in him (more so if you count the link) as he has Wormtail. If he owes Harry for that, then I think he could pay it to himself. Treat himself to something nice.

As far as Voldy treatying himself to something nice...hmmmmm....I don't think so.

 

We'll all be looking forward to reading it when you do! Have you considered getting a gmail account (I have a few hundred if you really need a spare) and using it to hack away at? Just email everything to yourself at your regular address when you finish something and allow the 'autosave' function to do its thing... And if someone needs you to switch laptops, just logout and log back in on the other machine...it'll be there for you as long as you have net access!
