Sunder is still a really good skill. TB used to be horribly OP, but was nerfed into the ground when Icefrog reduced his strength and strength gain.

Sunder is ridiculous now, the range on it let's you get out of a lot of midgame 1v1/2 ganks that don't have perfect disable coordination.

As much as it was speculated on and 'expected' it still caught me kind of off-guard when it actually happened.

    RIP Na'Vi

Anyone keeping up with MLG? Some great games today especially in the EG vs LGD series.

About fucking time. I've been saying they should let go of the team since Puppey left. Xboct is one of the worst character ever and Dendi needs a good captain to direct his awesomeness, which there never was in Na'vi after Puppey's departure. Hope to see Soneiko with some badass team, that guy got some serious potential.

The only thing that could be considered a surprise is that Xboct isn't included in the new Na'Vi. There was no way they were going to give up on the free money Dendi's name gets them.

Anyone see the E60 on EG's win at TI5? Focuses on old man Fear and Suma1l with some behind the scenes.

In the latest news from the Nanyang Championships, spoilers for the results of Liquid vs EHOME.

After losing, like losers, an as of yet unnamed Liquid player decided it was time to uninstall Dota. Unfortunately, unable to wait until he got home to his own pc, he was forced to settle for uninstalling it from the tournaments pc.

In other news, I have a free ticket to the Championships and have had zero time to go. I might go on Sunday to get merchandise, watch a game or two and then go off for dinner.

I was really pissed by the technical bugs all throughout the tournament. Very annoying.

Pretty late reply but what technical bugs did you notice? (edit. Do you mean the mic fuckups in early rounds?) I was pretty happy with the coverage, First big tourny since DAC I could actually watch live because it was in a good time slot for me (East coast Australia).

One thing I'm getting annoyed about is all the Alchemist pickers in pub games. Every time he is on my team the hero just farms for 35 mins and is useless and everytime I face off against him my team seems to get destroyed.

My current solo queue hero of choice is Bane I've been picking him a lot I feel like he is super strong against all the physical damage heroes. Even late game enfeeble feels like it does work at the moment and always fun to grip that pesky slippery carry like Wind Runner or Anti Mage.

Just finished a 87:02 min game against a medusa rapier. I think we got mega at 45 min or so and she rushed rapier at 49. From then it was a game of farming buyback, suicide trying to break T4. Rinse and repeat with a rosh once in a while. She got a second rapier. Ended up winnig after they killed my shadow fiend and started chasing a bit outside their base. Instant buyback - BoT to their base and break ancient while they were trying to make their way back.

    God that was exhausting.

VIVA PERU won against Newbee... lmao I would never have expected that. Well that's Dota for you. Now on to Secret Vs. Mineski. Mineski has been pretty surprising with their unexpected victories against OG and Alliance. If they can pull off a victory against Puppy, I'll eat my hat.

Bo1 is a fun format, even if it in no way showcases who the better team is. Still, good on Peru for winning at least one set in a Major.

I'm not surprised Peru took a game from Newbee. It's a shame it happened in Bo1 but NB really need to get their act together and have had to for the past year.
