Dre needs to chill with the steroids, for realz.

He looks like someone has to inflate him with a bike pump before each public appearance, now.

While the song's lyrical content is decent, I still stand by what I said on IRC: that the song is massively overproduced and cluttered and should be stripped down significantly for me to listen to it long-term. And while I won't deny this is probably one of Eminem's best verses with great passion, a lot of the passion is stripped out when I can't hear half of it through the insanely complex production. It just feels like Dre went overboard when he was mixing the beat, and if that's a sign that the whole album's gonna be like that (and given 'Kush', I suspect it will), I can understand why Eminem went to other producers for 'Recovery' and I wish that Dre had just dropped 'Detox' back in 2005 or 2006 like he promised.

Slick wordplay & passion >>> costly production EVERY FUCKING TIME.

    I liked "Kush" better.

(And I've yet to hear something with Skylar Grey singing that I've liked.)
