I think the first song in the first one is still my favorite, but I've only watched Act II once so far. I've probably watched Act I a dozen times.

This is great stuff. I think I might have to buy the vids off iTunes. (Yes, I'm sure pirating them wouldn't be that hard, but they're trying to establish the internet as a viable new media entertainment source and bumping up their legit numbers is worth my six bucks.)

The song at the end of Act Two is also a goodie.

    That was an... unexpected ending.

Loved Act I and II. Act III was kind of a let down for me.

The song at the end of Act Two was grrreat. I'm talking Tony the Tiger great.

All of the songs were pretty well-written and though I'm not a big fan of Whedon's other works, it makes me want to watch them and see what I've been missing.

    Good look, nonjon.

Just saw Act III. It was weak, like they just gave up.

Kind of went out with a whimper instead of a bang. I think I was hoping for a happier ending or larger ensemble final song thing that'd leave me with a smile. So by that measure it's a little disappointing.

But viewing the whole thing, and considering it overall, this was delightfully fun. I'll definitely pick this up on DVD, especially if they do a good and proper commentary track. I suspect Captain Tightpants may have goofed off in a deleted scene or two.

    Hahaha... I loved this.

    EPIC.

I was expecting a happier ending, but this is still freaking awesome.

    o_<

"Ohh.. AHHH ahaah, I'm in pain, i think this is what pain feels like, oh my lord some-"

    Rofl.

I like the ending, as everyone said it wasn't as... explosive or energetic as everyone expected, but a good end.

The ending was just as I'd expected it to be, and I loved how the whole thing turned out. My favorite song was the ending piece of part III.

I loved it. It ended perfectly. My favourite songs were the first song in parts I and III, and the last song in part II (Laundry Day, Brand New Day, and So They Say). Hell, all of the songs were great. The only one I didn't like was the one Captain Hammer sings to the crowd at the end. It needed a bit more work and polish (the song; the singing of it was alright).

    This was win.

I guess I didn't like it as much as the rest of you but I thought it was okay, it had its funny parts ("I want to be like Bad Horse""The thorough-bred of sin?") but I just didn't find the songs that funny.

It's a classic Joss Whedon story. Kill off a character, leave the main character in turmoil and send the bad good guy in therapy.

The Bad Horse messages cracked me up especially... I enjoyed how the ending wasn't the cliched happy ending

Haven't seen the third act yet but the first/third songs in Act II are awesome. Still waiting on my new debit card showing up before I can get them over iTunes.

Edit: I am annoyed. Stupid iTunes. What's the point in putting something online if it's only going to be available in some parts of the world? Bollocks.

Doublepost because I can't edit the last one anymore.

The last act was epic. Song three in that is my favourite, though On the Rise is the best of the lot. The evil laugh was quite evil too :p. The way it ended was the only way I could envision it actually, considering who made it.

All in all, very epic. I laughed my ass off when I saw Bad Horse.
