Let's look at the Zennith is scum scenario. He is likely to be White Court, for obvious reasons. As such, to the RC, he is either Dresden or White Court, and either way a high priority target. And, not being Dresden, he has no way to protect himself from their attack - unless he's the White King, in which case, the White Thrall will die and we kill Zennith tomorrow, cementing their destruction. Actually, this depends on whether or not the Red Court Kill happens before the White Court taint, so nevermind. It's a tossup, but one that will be immediately apparent based on the number of deaths.

He could be Red Court too, but I consider that unlikely. It makes little difference, seeing as individual roles have little power and as such he isn't likely to cause much mayhem if left alive for one more night.

I'd say neutral leaning towards town. Most of his posts have been short so there isn't a lot of content to dissect but his actions seem to be in the town's favor.

If he is WC then font was probably tainted. So if he gets NKed, font will die. Right?

 

That's if he's the White King. If he's the White Thrall he'd just die.

And no, Fontisian will not die. We lynch Fontisian today. As such, he has no more thralls.

At night, this is what happens if the RC targets him: If Zennith is the White Thrall, he dies tonight. If he's the White King, he might die tonight, depending on if he gets an enthrallment in before the RC kill comes in. Even if he isn't, we lynch him tomorrow.

The whole point of this is that we kill both of them, either today and tonight or today and tomorrow.

Sorry, messed up the second scenario.

If he's the White King, he won't die tonight except if Schrodinger (or Stojil, but I highly doubt that) was the White Thrall. In his place, either the White Thrall will die (if the enthrallment happens after the RC kill) or some random person will die (if the enthrallment happens before the RC kill).

Either way, we lynch him tomorrow.

If he's the White King and we lynch him today, he's succeeded by god knows who. Killing Fontisian today takes out a scum today if she's lying, and gives us a shot at removing the White Court if she isn't.

I find saying "The White Court isn't as dangerous as Reds, really don't hunt suspected whites, totally not dangerous" or something that reads like it, really desperate. Or an incredibly stupid statement by a derptown, lol.

but it's Zennith or Font and I'd rather not fucking kill Dresden. Worst case, Zennith is the Red King and kills someone, but even then he still doesn't know who the hell is the real Dresden, who should hopefully be protecting Molly tonight, because holy fuck we need our cop.

Okay, I'm on board for postponing a lynch on Zennith for the day. I don't believe his claim, but if the scum kill him I see it as one less vampire for us to lynch. If he does turn out to be Dresden, well, he signed his own death warrant by roleclaiming anyway. The Doctor should never roleclaim, if only so that the scum still have to wonder if he's alive or not.

 

Are you kidding me? We should always hunt suspected scum, regardless of their orientation. I'm not sugesting anything against that.

As for the rest of this, lynching me today and seeing what happens with Zennith tonight seems like the best play for people without my knowledge, since I can't do anything to verify my claim. Not going to take my vote off Zennith though, because scum.

Riley: Is there any rule for eliminating a player (NobelFiction) if they don't post anything for the duration of the day? This kind of lurking goes beyond pure scumminess.

Your argument is not wrong per se, but I'm not moved to change my vote because I don't think Zennith is the Dresden. My gut tells me he's fake claiming, and I'd rather keep my vote on him.

I don't think you quite understand what is going to happen. By tomorrow night you will be dead. Either you will die tonight by scum or we will lynch you tomorrow unless you can prove you are Dresden, which you can not do. The only reason we are lynching font first is on the off chance that if you are Dresden, Molly will be with us for another day and hopefully hit another scum. Of course if you really are Dresden and a dumb-ass (which from the way you have been playing wouldn't surprise me) and want to protect yourself tonight and risk Molly dying, be my guest.
