Totalbiscuit's got the stream working properly. I think he's using the sony stream, but I'm not 100% sure. Worst case, you can watch it at https://www.twitch.tv/totalbiscuit with TB and his wife commentating on it as it goes.

 

Youtube's lagging and dropping frames just as much for me.

Not sure about the gameplay but the plot looks interesting for Detroit.

Edit: Spiderman actually looks awesome. Although I would have to wonder "where're the other avengers?"

 

Disappointed by Sony.

I think Spiderman was incredible though. We obviously saw an early set piece, safe to assume those QTEs are reserved for 'boss' encounters.

Most important was them showing the swinging, which looked incredible.

 

the most impressive tease from all of E3 was Spider-Man.

the second most for me was Anthem.

Nothing else really looked all that great to me.

 

Anthem looks fantastic. It's the show winner for me. Followed by Wolfenstein 2, Spider-man, Dad of War, and Beyond Good and Evil 2 in that order.

The rest was decidedly meh.

 

Pretty sure they blew their load last year, and they're saving it up this year so... Next year will probably have more surprise announcements. So expect to be surprised 2018?

 

It makes no fucking sense for Sucker Punch to still have nothing. ND just released uncharted 4, are making that DLC addon and yet are still able to make a teaser for a game that'll likely be out in 2019 at the earliest?

I'm guessing there's big trouble happening with that team.

 

Even most of the games this year were for 2018 launch.

 

I've called it for years that majority of Sony exclusives are q1/2 releases only. They've seemed to make an effort to avoid the q3/4 third party rush.

Probably smart tbf. Means their games sell more when there's less competition.

Yeah wtf are sucker punch doing? Infamous was 3 years ago and we got word last year or so that they were heavily recruiting but we haven't had even a teaser from them?

 

No chance TLoU comes out 2019, I feel like it's foolishly optimistic to think so.

As for SuckerPunch, I'd rather they pull a Fallout 4 kinda deal, and let's not forget about PSX. Gone are the days where E3 is the be all and end all for the press conferences, there's too many these days. I really want to know what they're doing too, but if it aint coming out for a while, then I'd rather not know than be super anxious waiting for it.

 

MONSTER HUNTEEEEEEER BITCHES. Fuck yes this is an amazing surprise. Finally. I loved the original game for PS2, one of my all time favorite. Ugh. This means I will need to consider, seriously, to buy a PS4. Fuck. Just my luck, when I give up on Sony, they do this.

This better not be like that atrocious port for Wii U though. That was trash.

Oh Shit. It's coming for PC too. Awesome. I hope it's not too late. Hmm. But there is GoW and Red Dead 2 to consider. Problematic.

 

I give zero credit to reveals that have no gameplay. Sorry Ubisoft, but you're out of luck on this one.

So really I'm excited for DBZ, MonHun (very cautiously excited though), and the SotC graphical overhaul. Oh man, what if they even put in the cut colossi?

U1 - 2007
U2 - 2009
U3 - 2011
TLoU - 2013
U4 - 2016
U:LL - 2017
TLoU 2 - probably 2019 at the earliest with it likely being pushed to 2020 because the imminent Uncharted (Lost Legacy) is quite huge - they said it's as long as the earlier Uncharted games.

ND are pretty consistent in their releases.

 

Monster Hunter coming later to PC, but yeah, it'll be on there.

 

PS4 is a completely different monster than PS3. Uncharted 4 was plagued by delays, 2019 is super optimistic. Lost Legacy had a lot of the assets all there ready to be used. They don't have that for TLoU2.

Hey I want to be wrong, I'm just looking at the landscape. Pretty much every major PS4 game has had multiple delays, I would expect ND to handle TLoU with almost reverent care.
