The game keeps crashing to my desktop every time after 30-40 minute intervals of game play, I would really appreciate some advice.

 

Get a better computer.

Or a console.

This keeps happening to me too, and my computer can run this smoothly just under Ultra settings. It's not his computer, its a bug that's happening to a lot of people.

My advice? Just compulsively save.

Just checking: is it possible to enchant an item with Clarvoyance? That spell's been amazing when I've gotten lost.

Not too crazy about the changes to the enchanting system, but maybe that's because I put on my armor of chameleon last game and nothing ever bothered me again.

Speaking of that, is there an item that gives chameleon that I can break down?

Loving the game so far. Just loving it.

 

It seems I am the only one who has trouble accumulating a decent sum of gold. Are there any shops where I get the "real" price for my items? When I find something that says it's worth around 700 g, no matter to whom I go, they will, at most, pay 200.

Would be cool if there was a place where I can finally make some real money >_>

 

It's called speech skill, the merchants have it and you don't. Put some points in the first speech perk to up your income a bit.

 

So I found my first (potentially gamebreaking) bug.

After you've done the Sanguine quest and he sends you out of Mist... whatever the hell that place was called, if you go back there he's not there anymore and there's no other way out.

So you're stuck there. FOREVER!

You need more perks in speechcraft. There's the Haggling perk wich you can upgrade 5 times and then there's the Allure perk which gives you 10% better prices from merchants of the opposite sex.

Also, see if you can find an amulet of Zenithar, it gives you 10% better prices. Add to that the 10% you get from the hood you get from joining the thieves guild and you'll be rolling in gold in no time.

 

Yeah, I started to skill that already, still, I thought there is maybe one really rich store somewhere that is not in some small town which has better prices. Have the amulet too.

 

Ok, so what am I meant to do with dragon bone and dragon scales as a mage? I'm honestly thinking that i'll just sell them. -_-

Also, is there some way to gain some sort of storage/bank facility? So I don't have to carry everything I want to keep on me.

 

You can store stuff in your room at the Mage College, in the wardrobe and so. You can give Lydia some stuff too. If you have a house, it should be possible as well.

 

Talking about houses and storage, we actually have fully working automated bookshelves and weapon racks, no more accidentally pulling half your books out of the bookshelves you meticulously shelved.

 

Finally they're implementing things into the vanilla game that they've been doing with mods for nearly ten years.
