I think the better role for Harrison Ford would have been Mazer Rackham, but I think I can understand why they didn't go there - it's a role that only gets limited screen time toward the end of the movie. Oh well.

 

I am both tentatively excited and, on the same hand, wary beyond reason at how they will mangle the events to fit them into this. I've read Enders Game and Enders Shadow so often that the way things are done is kind of ingrained, and I don't want to see a screw up now.

Though, given Speaker for the Dead, I guess they can't do too much worse than Card himself. Bleh.

Its got Harrison Ford if nothing else, I'm a massive fan of his to the point that Im willing to give most anything a shot if he's in it in a big enough role.

 

At first I liked the idea of a movie Ender's Game, but I think it'll end up as a shallow copy of the book and be used as fap material for slash writers and pedos.
