So I've been reading Holyland, and its really good but I have to ask, does the main protagonist ever stop crying? Does his backbone in fights translate into his everyday interactions?

Also this is the third manga I've ever read and I have to ask, is it normal for the authors to be intefering in the story and telling the audience stuff? It was really weird for me when it started showing up and I was wondering whether it was unique to the author

And 200 chapters in the author decides to give Furuichi a level in badass...
meh, I'll wait for the next chapter before passing my verdict on it.

    Tokage no Ou 13.

And that clinches it for me, I'm done with this series. It has the same issue that the manga for Highschool DxD, Index and other Light Novel adaptations have. It will never get anywhere in any kind of hurry because there's just too much ground to cover for a monthly series. Doesn't help that I wish the heroine would die in the most excruciating and humiliating manner that someone with an imagination much more depraved than mine could conceive.

^And that review just killed any desire I had to read the new chapter. Welp, maybe one day they'll translate the light novel.

Most translated light novels can be found on Baka-Tsuki. But Tokage no Ou isn't one of them.

    Tower of God.

Chapter wrapped this game up pretty cleanly, kinda surprised SIU was able to pull it off so well with so many loose ends up wrap up. Also, series is now on a two week break while SIU tries to heal up his ailing wrist.

The last few panels between Androssi and ToG Ichigo (as he is forever christened within my mind) really left me reeling. It was expected ever since Baam let used his actual name as an alias (leave the subterfuge upto FUG or Koon Baam :p) but I sort of expected it to come into play later. Averted in a way by the fact that Androssi is not going upto Archimedes...Rak's newfound sense of tact is also sort of confusing (as well as his chibi-fication ability).

Well, there is the possibility that Androssi shot Bongbong (I mean, SOMEONE had to do so right?) but I agree that she probably didn't make it to the ship. Would be far too easy for her to either share her knowledge with her friends or go and confront Baam directly if she were sent up with a ticket. So she's going to have to get in the hard way (breaking onto the ship with Traveller) and make a grand entrance at a critical moment during the Workshop Battle.

I haven't read Holyland in a while, but I honestly doubt it. Protagonist character development only happens in really good mango. Holyland does fights pretty well, but I doubt he'll change much. Maybe towards the end, but I really doubt it.

It's "common" to have author notes, but not all manga have them nor are they always translated. It's time-consuming translating tsukigo properly, so only the good scanlators do it.

So, there have been some translations of the original OnePunch-Man popping up.

    Pretty good stuff: http://www.batoto.net/comic/_/comics/onepunch-man-one-r9123

I guess you shouldn´t read them if you don´t want to spoiler what will happen in... maybe 2 years going by the current update rate though. Unless the manga will diverge or something.

    Beelzebub 205.

Strange twist there at the end. Kinda wondering if he's a villain now too, because otherwise he could have easily put a stop to this whole mess himself.

Well Demon Lord does want to destroy the world. It's pretty easy to forget that the Pillar Squad (along with the rest of standard demon hierarchy) are technically the bad guys, but they are, and they're who Saotome assisted them against in the first place. So Saotome being associated with Soloman Company, who are in opposition to the Demon Lord and the Pillar Squad (and this is all we really know of them so far) is not much of a stretch.

If he is though, it's a bit odd he hasn't just told them Beel isn't going to destroy the world. Though I suppose they could know and still want his power for themselves while also being against the Demon Lord and co. Being against the bad guys doesn't make them good guys and all that.

Which would just bring us back to why he doesn't step in himself again. Urgh.

    Cooking time.

Have to say, I'm starting to get tired of the 'holding back by not using their best dishes' angle. It's already been used once in the informal Souma vs Isshiki battle and now it's made a return here. I'm kind of hoping the heroes somehow lose and Megumi actually gets expelled because she's plain and boring. Souma needs to upgrade to Nikumi ASAP.

Eh. I get why it's been used twice, both explanations made sense, but I'm also looking forward for when a speciality dish finally makes an apperance.

Also, they wont lose since both of them will get expelled. Unfortunatly, that also means most of these competitions lose any dramatic tension if Souma's involved since plot armor.
