Sony teasing new game announcements at TGS keynote in around 4 hours.

I'm hoping for Gravity Rush 2, but on ps4. I loved the first game, but I don't think Vita was the best place for it. It'd be gorgeous on ps4 too.

This was unexpected. Of all the main titles, DDD was the last one I thought would get an HD PS4 port, due to how difficult it would be to emulate the touch-based bits with the dualshock touchpad.

Anyway... meh. While fun, with the exception of 368/2 days, DDD is the least compelling major title. News would have been more welcome paired with announcements of PS4 ports for the 1.5 and 2.5 remixes.

 

Surely that's coming...

Who do I have to kill to finally play BBS...

 

Might wanna check out PPSSPP and a rom, if you can't get your hands on it otherwise.

 

There's a psp emulator? Huh, just might do that.

 

It's actually pretty well-made, yeah. I've played BBS myself, it works perfectly.
You'll probably have to adapt to playing with a keyboard, though, but that shouldn't be too hard.

 

Does it have controller ssupport? I can plug in my ds4

Most Games Workshop titles are looking very promising at the moment.

Total War: Warhammer is the obvious standout, but Battlefleet Gothic: Armada is something I've dreamed about for years. Hopefully future expansions will unlock extra factions, namely the Tau, Necrons, Dark Eldar, and Tyranids. Apparently destroying planets will be a thing. I'm looking forward to enacting Exterminatus on some Chaos-plagued worlds.

Hopefully one day someone will make a game just like Star Wars Battlefront but for the Warhammer 40,000 setting.

Has there ever been a game series with more style than Persona? I'm seriously over old school rg combat, but In put up with it with zero fuss because the game is just so awesome to look at.

I love the Jeet Kun Do, Bruce Lee barv training thing. I wonder if that only affects your 'cool' stat, lol.

2016 is looking to be a, frankly, ridiculous year for gaming, assuming half the titles don't get pushed to 2017...

 

Witcher 3 went through two delays pretty close to launch dates too. Both were terribly disappointing, but the finished article was amazing. Hopefully, the same goes for Persona.

What little we've seen from the gameplay looks fantastic!

But does it feel like the characters are fixed as just the four that's been introduced?

 

DS3 reminds me of DeS more than anything, with BB graphics. Those new spell visuals... I need to see more to decide if I like them or not.

Persona... looks interesting, but the style seems to have changed a bit too much. Too western and cartoony at first glance. Still, super excited for it. Shame about the delay.

 

They're in Tokyo (or the GTA fictional version of that) instead of a rural, traditional town. You'll get your Japanisms in the culture more than the visuals imo.

Though, that shotb where MC is walking down that lit up narrow street at night, that's totally reminiscent of Shibuya.

I'm also not pissed at the delay btw, I'm pissed that they 'announced' it at a huge event. You don't present bad news (which this is, even if it makes the game better) out of nowhere at an event like this, the initial release date and TGS lining up so perfectly.

It's a bait and switch, that annoyed me.

 

Its probably just going to be a terrible Medal of Modern War Honor clone but can we just all acknowledge that there is a goddamn GHOST IN THE SHELL FPS BEING DEVELOPED? AERYH$^JAERTJHSRY

 

I've not watched anything yet, or the show, but even if it's just a cod ripoff, I'm seriously okay with one with a very anime aesthetic.
