I don't think so, in the movies the robes are more like capes and if they had slacks and so on in school they should have had no problems picking presentable clothes at the world cup.

 

Yeah, great point, if they always wore normal clothes under the robes, a guy dressed in a dress and all other sorts of weird clothing that went on, wouldn't happen. I'd imagine the movies are way off of what she had in mind.

because of course harry and ginny's love is so strong they dont need to find the other horcuxes to kill voldemort.
thats the JKR style of writing now.
now the best way to do it would be find out who RAB is then find out oh he has most of the horcuxes we only need to find one or two.
that you can do in one book.
but JKR will probably half ass it and copy some bad fanfiction for her story.
thats a neat little trick she has there introduce something new then see what other authors do with it then steal their ideas.
