Setting aside that it's probably an error, I *think* it could indicate that she is one of identical twins, with a fraternal brother (Harry) triplet. Since another sister isn't mentioned in the summary, and I Absolutely Refuse to look in the story to find out, would someone else heroically throw themselves into the line of fire (or the sewer) and answer this burning question?

A very mild review, but I do that a lot- I type in lots of profanity and erase it all again... flame wars are too bothersome and I gave up on them once I realized most people refuse to give up the only thing they have. (i.e. stupidity.)
