People like this girl are the reason that sometimes, just sometimes, I think maybe serial killers have the right idea.

If I was a serial killer, I'd write lengthy newspaper articles about why my victims - like the above example - served humanity better as an example of what NOT to be, and what happens to those who are. I could be nicknamed the Furry-Slayer, or something.

Could you imagine a Harry raised by Kreacher story where Harry is constantly muttering incoherent insults under his breath while hoarding possesions of the Blacks in a small cave type dwelling? That needs to be written.

First paragraph...

The first line alone turns me off completely. You know, aside from the obvious Mary-Sue alert (Danielle Emerald? What the hell? Can't people make up a realistic name? Sure, HP names aren't, but still. They'd be less obviously Mary-Sue's that way). It's a crap story all round, but something that really bothers me is that the story title hasn't got capitals, yet the story itself has capitals in the right place. You're advertising your story with your title and summary; it makes no sense to post without capitals in the title but not the story. Yet we see it all the time. Stupid.

More than anything, having the title of the story spelled wrong is an instant fail story on my part. If you can't take the time to get that right, the actual substance is going to look even worse. 'on glance is all it takes'.

Well, that and adding muggle technology into the wizarding world. A mobile? Really?

 

Add the fact that 'mobile' phones were bricks in the nineties...
