Decided to go with Zerkerlot. Parvati doesn't appeal to me character-wise and I like firearms. Also want more reliable 3T farming power, and Dantes NP2 is no guarantee.

 

GSSR gave me a second Tamamo.

I am not very happy.

Not once in a GSSR have I gotten a new servant - just dupes of non-DPS servants that really don't gain all that much for the second NP level. And all of them were non-limited too.

I'm quite enjoying the Setsubun event - cutscenes are semi-frequent, but not over extended, battles are interesting, and it's not just mindless farming.

But it is a bit of a race - you need to do a minimum of 30 floors every day if you want to completely clear all 200. I'm currently on floor 66, and there was a bit of a difficulty jump with the last bosses. Also, the floor makeup is repeating a bit more frequently, and there's two waves more frequently, so I can't just Kal+MA AOE on turn one to get through.

On the other hand, I've never seen so many of these NPs, and the amount of embers means I'm able to get a few extra servants up a bit more, making further pushing that bit easier.



RE: GSSR -
My first was Jack, who was (and still is) amazingly useful. Second was my second Kiara, and third was Medb, neither of which I was massively excited about, tbh, but it's two more SSR than I'd otherwise have.
Next one for NA is third anniversary, and apparently 15SQ, for a class-based.

 

Event CE +2 Empieta + MA
gives you 90% NP + 100% damage

 

Meanwhile, over at JP, the Amazoness event is like if you took Setsubun and threw in solo raids with 28000000 HP. Less story, too.

Penthesilea did get a costume but it's literally just glasses and a tie so I can't bring myself to care all that much.

 

Is there any reward incentive to do Setsubun besides the ShutenIba CE?

I am so bored with the battles.

Didn't finish Setsubun. 200 floors was just way too much. I got to 120 and gave up. First event in a while that I haven't "cleared".

Consolation prize: My Semi came home in 60 quartz.

 

Barely finished 200 floors on time. Passed my one try on the challenge quest just as the Valentine update started.

More a function of my laziness/forgetfulness — haven't had trouble hitting 20-30 floors at a time while multitasking. Shit connection and slow load times do get on my nerves though.

Gonna have enough trouble trying to NP2 Dantes considering the 600 quartz he's already escaped me so... probably skipping Semiramis?

It hurts that I'm a Monte Cristo fan since childhood.

 

Semiramis is an AOE NP Assassin, which are few, but as a SSR she's not that great. Plus she's coming back somewhat soonish I believe with the Apocrypha banner.

 

So close. Yet so far.

JP's getting a free SSR. You need to ascend them once and get them to Bond 5 to keep them after the "trial period" (two months) is over, but that shouldn't be a problem for anyone.

 

Lots of Waver jokes from it.

 

How's everyone on NA finding the Apocrypha event?

I'm only just now hitting half-way on the ladder, as work's been vaguely busy the last few days; and there's a re-run on an event I missed the first time on AL. I'm typing this out as the screen is loading for my first battle with a MLB 'At Trifas', which should hopefully speed up farming. so I can properly one-turn, rather than rely on stun/team invuln, and face cards.

I am, once again, reminded that I really need to level up multiple servant's skills. I've got five all at 10/10/10, and then two at 8/8/8 (ish); but about the only things I've levelled on others are skills on farmers - Lancelot, Spartacus, and Arash. Other than that, most skills haven't been bumped at all.

I'm also realising I should be doing more farming for embers in general times, to level up a slightly wider range of servants. I wouldn't have been able to farm anywhere near so much if Euryale was still a low level.

Also, in case anyone missed it, HERE's a googledoc of one-turn set-ups. It does rely on a MLB Trifas CE, and semi-levelled skills, but it's also a decent start to work around. The problem (as always) is an overreliance on Waver. I still don't have one, so I'm sifting friend lists, and attempting to make do with other things (Golden Carp and Ox King CEs saw a lot of use before Euryale came in)

 

100k left to 2M, but it doesn't matter now. I still need to farm 100 stakes for Erishkigal, hahaha.

Edit: 2M draculs. 85 stakes left.

 

Drop rates are terrible on these group raids.
