Does anyone know how many authors you can have on your favorites list at FF.net? I thought that it was 100, but I've seen some author profiles with more than that.

I believe the limit is 100...might not be enforced, or extra services members may be allowed more...not sure.

I don't think it's clearly stated anywhere. I know I've seen some at 151. With the old "0" first number that makes me wonder if 150 is the limit.

I remember you could have 101 when the limit was 100.

And I don't think extra services gives you more. But I could be wrong.

Do you really need that many favorite authors though? I only use story alert and favorite stories and it works out fine for me.

I use favorite authors for the authors that have several stories that I like, that haven't updated for a while(in case I want to re-read them). I use favorite stories for the authors that only have one story that I like. I've only just now started to use the alert option, mostly because it's too troublesome to wade thru all the boring Harry Potter stories looking to see if a author I like has updated or writen something new.

You can import your favorites to story alerts as well.
