I agree with thefirstphoenix. Even though ffn contains lots of junk, there's still good stuff to be found _and_ variety. What else is out there? FictionAlley, Sugar Quill (though I haven't checked these two out in the last few years, so I don't know how good they are now), ficwad, and maybe ffa though it's rather small. Then there's a bunch of pairing-specific archives, most of which seem to be H/G or slash.

 

ff.net isn't working, shouldn't they have fixed it by now?
