    I was just looking at updates on ff.net and i'm not sure but I think its fucked up. There are updates showing and then dissappearing. Also there are updates just showing up from 3 days ago supposidly...but I saw them 3 days ago aswell. Is anyone else having this problem or is my head just fucked up?

    no no your head is not fucked up. My account has also been acting weird for the past 2 days. just an hour ago some of my updates dissappeared back to 5-18-06 and now they are back

    If you're having problems, I wouldn't be surprised. They have a massive operation there, and one little problem can quickly spiral out of control. They serve over 2 million dynamic pages daily. While the normal admins are morons, I have a lot of admiration for Xing Li (he owns FF.Net I believe and runs the servers). If updates disappeared then reappeared, they probably found the problem and reversed the effects.

    I normally filter the pages by all rating and length 10,000 or 20,000, and I'm getting stories that haven't been updated in months, on the second page or even the first page. It's making it very difficult to find something worth reading.

    Something simmiliar to this has happened to me as well. I would do the filtering, but the newest updates wouldn't show up, but the same updates would be on two different pages, and would move back as time went on, but the new updates would never show up on the first page.

    I think the general retardedness of the FF-net Admins (with the exception of the one LR likes) has finally leaked through and infested their servers.

    I disagree Giovanni. ff.net is a HUGE site and the admins can't do everything right. I haven't seen any problems with the admins. Maybe I don't know because I am new or something. Care to enlighten me anyone?

    Most of the admins are unfair bastards who remove fics without investigating claims.

    FF.Net now has those annoying, utterly shit ads that appear when a screen is loading, and you either have to wait a certain amount of time or click 'skip'. I really hate them.
