FFN - Slow Loading Times?

    So, I've been trying to browse the site since last night with next to no luck. Half the time, the pages time-out. The other half, they take about eight minutes to load. After one of these eight minute waits, I was finally able to get onto the FFN homepage and saw this.

    It seems to me that it's doing the exact opposite.

    When I asked people on IRC about it, Inquisition - who is in Canada - mentioned that he was also suffering slow loading times while Veri - located in the US - was experiencing increased speed.

    Is anyone else having issues with FFN? And are you based outside of the United States, if you are?

    This is ticking me off.

    Yeah same problem here, but occasionally it working super fast. Like its only working 5% of the time.

    Tried clicking 30-40 random links. Every single one loaded within 1-2 seconds.

    I also just experienced a sudden bout of extreme speed. I made it as far as the Harry Potter section before it shat itself again.

    Edit: And now it's working again.

    Edit 2: ...aaaaand now it's stopped again.

    Edit 3: Okay, it seems that certain pages will open for me, while others wont. The Television Shows section opens without a problem, as well as Books.

    Haven't noticed any change. Except... the font seems smaller.

    Works perfectly fine for me. Thought it definitely could be a bit faster than it used to be. Then again, i've never had to wait for it to load anyway, so yeah.

    Haven't been on FFN for a day or two, thanks for this post. Just checked, mine is extremely fast now. Before it would take up to 5-10+ seconds just to load my profile, now it takes a second or two max.

    EDIT: I'm in Australia.
