I agree with Taure, in that there are godawful fics that have gone onto Schnoogle, etc and one has to wonder how Mary Sues can be allowed to proliferate when good fics that just need a proper beta get rejected.

Before I found DPL and some of the relevent C2's, I recall using Fictionalley.org as my primary source for HP fanfiction. However, this past year especially whenever checking the forum for any good fiction the majority of it is slash/mpreg even if well written in most cases, not a genre I would wish to read.

Are there any good authors who post at Schnoogle which post independent HP fanfiction without slash? I shall have to check Fictionalley.org to see if they still have those stickied forum thread with links to fiction under specific pairing headers.
