Harry gets caught using the Cruciatus on Bellatrix in the Department of Mysteries in fifth year and Dumbledore does nothing to help him. He goes to Azkaban and finds that his new cellmate is none other than N.Flamel. Nicolas Flamel tells Harry that he had been tricked by dumbledore and was thrown secretly in Azkaban in a ward deep down where most of the people that Dumbledore perceives as a threat are thrown by the help of an agreement between Dumbledore and the Dementors. Harry and Flamel escape and free the others whom Dumbledore had thrown personally (not all prisoners of Azkaban) and form an order or and organization or something.

Nicolas is supposed to have Passed Away, right? I mean, it has been a long time since the Stone was destroyed.

Anyways, holes:

- Firstly, and it's a biggie: Why would Dumbles do this to his golden boy?

- Another biggie: Trying to use... though you might have meant, "after using" but you have written "trying to use" and people don't get convicted for Trying.

-Why the hell would people care he tortured Bella?

-What can Harry provide that Nicolas would need to wait for him to be there before he can escape? And if you say that Harry has a lot of power, than obviously, Dumbles wouldn't put him in the same cell as Nicolas.

Secret Pact between Dumbles and Demontors? Very very weird... very very.

They [Nicloas Harry and the rets of the "organization"] are On the Run from a genius who has a pact with Demontors. They won't form organizations, they'd run like hell and hope that Dubles does't catch up.
