I liked this last chapter. It was pretty solid, even if too much didn't happen. At the very least, it felt like the build up of the last few chapters wasn't wasted. Over all, it was satisfying.

Also, that dish sounds and looks delicious and I wish I had the ingredients on hand to make it myself. Alas.

That last scene needed more of a cocky swagger and some inexplicable shades.

 

Happy as I am for my boy Souma, I have yet to find a single redeeming feature for Erina. There is nothing about her that's likable. I was hoping that would change, but as of yet it has not.

 

She's less boring than Megumi, if that counts.

 

I suppose it does, but Megumi isnt't thrust in our faces nearly as much.

Plus, while Megumi bores me, Erina outright irritates me, which imo is a worse offense.

 

Megumi secretly stripping the headmaster's underwear still pissess me off more than anything about Erina, even though Erina is boringly annoying.

 

It seems I will go down with the AliceSoma ship, it's been a fun ride chaps :'(

I really enjoyed that chapter.

 

Am I the only person who thinks this series might be getting close to an ending? I mean, it seems popular enough that the axe shouldn't be a thing, but from looking at recent developments in the story...

Souma has already clashed once with the First Seat, even though he didn't win. He's in the midst of facing what is likely to be the greatest threat to Tootsuki that can feasibly come about. And he basically just got the girl (whether you ship them or not, it's been telegraphed from the beginning of the manga that it was always going to be Erina). The latter especially seems like something that would happen close to the end of the story.

 

Unless some serious time-skips happen, this series isn't even close to ending.

 

Oh look, Erina almost did something.

 

To be fair she did look pretty hot in that kinky teacher get up.

 

Maybe so, but the chapter's highlights were a) Soma continuing to have game and b) Isshiki.

I wonder what that guy is up to.

 

Has he really done anything so far? All I can remember is:

1. That piece of legislation when he got demoted.

2. Some pieces of background info in the autumn election.

3. Introducing Souma to the world of the elite ten.

4. Naked apron.

 

You say #4 like it's not more than enough, heathen.

 

Can't forget that Erina also asked Souma to become a second year student with her. In manga, that's basically a marriage proposal.

 

He was also a hentai artist before, so I'd say it's positively tame compared to them just fucking all over the floor like teens are won't to do.

Still Alicesouma for life though. So prepared to go down with that ship.

The children! They'll have such beautiful eyes!

 

God what I'd give for him to take up his h-pen again! Need some good SnS doujin...
