I confess, never heard of them before. Just had a friend show me that articular "story" yesterday.

 

They're mostly the "oh, does my being a bigoted piece of shit trigger you? heh, owned" style of reactionary culture war 'comedy' where the real punchline isn't in the delivery of the joke, it's in the vindication the audience feels at "the other side" being offended.

That said, if you're looking for "I identify as an attack helicopter" jokes, the Bee is basically the Mecca of that shit.

I think my favorite is "Man Identifies as Woman Just long Enough To Voice Valid Opinion on Abortion" because if I saw that headline apart from the rest of their stuff I'd think it was anti-conservative satire.
