Crash CTR says hi. I must have sunken hundreds of hours in that game. Different genre, sure, but still good.

Its a racing game with Crash characters. Sure, it may be good, but I wouldn't call it a real Crash Bandicoot game to be honest.

A game bridging the gap between Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn trilogy and Wax and Wayne trilogy would be epic. Taming the frontier with superpowers? Totally up for that.

A game set in the Malazan universe would also be great. There'd be some many directions you could take a character in. Start out as a random peasant in the Malazan Empire, and see whether you can get high enough to take over as Emperor. Roll a Tiste Andii and develop a story leading to the race's rejuvenation. Hell, just take some peasant and see how far along the path to Ascension you can get, purely by the power of awesome.

There's an aoe2 HD edition on steam. It's great. There's also a brand new expansion that came out only a couple of months ago that is great as well.

Isn't there a thread like that already? ;)

My main answer remains the same though. An open world superhero RPG.

Additionally, something that will never exist. An open world HP RPG (that may happen one day) that allows you to be as crazy with your choices as the fan fiction (Grey!Harry/Fleur/Tonks is never going to be possible in one of these ;)).

With Google making AI capable of defeating a pro Go player it may finally be closer than ever. Well, assuming that any game developer actually wants to have an AI that can easily beat 99% of their players.

Let's see. Tibia, the way it was back in the day, where wars were waged for the dominion of servers.

Vampire: The masquerade - The fuckton of sequels.

In the context of computer games, I think "good AI" is less "AI that is good at playing the game" and more "AI with which you can have human-like interactions such as negotiation, and which adapts its play in intelligent response to what you're doing".

That's rather harder than something like Go/chess, which is often more a matter of crunching enough numbers to go through all the possibilities and pick the best one.

Bear in mind that the AI is really shit XD

Chess? Sure. Go? Not if you want to win with a pro which is why nobody expected a computer to win with a pro for another 10 years. AlphaGo definitely has an adaptability you want, but you will probably need to wait a little longer for a human-like interactions. ;)

Honestly though, how awesome would that be? Ignore most of WoW and just create a great successor for WC3, map editor and all.

Loved playing footy, summoner, LineWars and tons of other custom maps.

I'd be just fine with Battlefront 3 finished and properly released.
