The funniest thing I ever saw a flag on was a pair of boxer shorts a friend was wearing when we were changing for gym.

Most everyone in this country who waves the flag now is what Patrick Henry (Mr. Liberty or Death himself) would call, with justification, a "sunshine patriot."

I use public transport or bike or even walk, so I'm pretty safe except my gas bill. It's times like this I wish I still worked at the gas station I did when I was younger. Man, I used to rub every little price raise into peoples faces, I could be having so much fun right now.

its going to fall eventually, we have too many arrogant utterly corrupt people in power, that keep getting replaced by people who are even more corrupt, and are puppets of the old corruptees.

the difference is, when we fall apart, it has a high chance of destroying economies of lesser nations, among various other problems, like our vast armaments, etc.

Another difference would be I honestly can say I don't think anyone, on the global scale, not personal gives a rats ass if some corrupt drug infested third world country's government falls to bits, as it only affects that nations small starving poor population, who are better off with the government gone.

if a nation as powerful as america fall then the reprecation(sp) would be like the great depression but atleast 100x worst and that would be very bad for everyone
