I've seen these all in Froggen's stream. Yes, they made a team, and yes, they reached challenger (I think). But at no point was there mention of anything other than pure fun. They were semi trolling anyway. And there was no Alexich, or Wickd. Frog, Freeze, Edward, and another guy.
Nothing serious, hopefully. Hell, even PhantomL0rd has a challenger team with OnlyRengar, Fabbyy, and OnlyJaximus.

 

Yeah, I figured pretty quickly the superteam thing was BS, maybe 5 minutes after reading about it - Considering everyone bar Edward and Froggen would be swapping roles, it just doesn't make any sense, and I don't think EG will be making any changes unless they drop Snoopeh given his recent month long tour of America - though it may very well be just an extended break which everyone on all the LCS teams need.

I'm still both excited and nervous regarding further changes though whilst waiting on the S4 PBE patches to start rolling out.

 

It was obvious Aphromoo was going to end up on Curse. He's an ex-CLG player after all. It's great that they finally switched out the negative ego of Saint... but completely baffling that he's getting replaced with noted douchebag IWD. Better hope S4 Spring starts at the same time it did last year, because otherwise his year long competitive ban might not be up in time.

Well, Infinite Odds have still got bobqinxd listed as a sub. He's the guy Pobelter replaced when he joined in August, so he'll probably get bumped back up to the main roster. Hopefully they had enough advance warning to make sure he'd be online, though it'll still screw with their practice and teamwork and such.

5x Syndra vs 5x Syndra is fun. Balls everywhere. And considering her ult takes every single allied ball and hurls them all directly at an opponent's face, it quickly turns into an instant kill button.

Meh. I don't get the Jinx hype. In fact, I don't think there is a Jinx hype, no matter how much Riot pretends there is.

 

Well, she's not as highly anticipated as, say, Lucian was, or Jayce was. But she's got a fair amount of people looking forward to her release. Myself included.

 

Compared to, say, Vi?

 

Me too, I'm totally hyped about her. I don't think she'll be very good and I don't play AD carry much, but Jinx is a hell of a lot more interesting than Lucian. She's the first release since Vi who actually feels like a fully formed character rather than just a champion. Lissandra came close, but it felt like she was missing something.

 

Jinx is easily the champion I've been looking forward to the most since Vi - and I'd argue the most hyped, easily. Lucian's idea and kit is pretty cool but watching him on the PBE and seeing the release he just fell flat. They had this awesome plot idea and then didn't do anything with it outside a different login screen - now whether they'll make something cool for the Halloween event is another story.

Jinx is something League needs lately - less serious, more fun/crazy. Think Lulu. As Eldee said, she has a character and a reason to be around even if it is just 'Champion Y hates champion X because Z' which boils down a lot of Riot's recent lore/champion additions to the League.

Either way I'll be buying her as soon as she's released, despite my abhorrent failure at ADC just for those ARAM games and easily beating out anyone else I have left to buy.

 

I'll buy her and play her mid lane only. Tear -- > Damages ---> Win.

 

Got traded Kat today in ARAM, said sure, i've never played her, let me try. 5 minutes of figuring out what does what. 20 minutes of penta and quadrkills.... the only reason I didn't end up with double the kills I did, was I'd keep moving after I'd hit my ulti stupid like, and twice I hourglassed and didnt realize it'd cancel it. OP as hell glass cannon. I havent felt so cheap playing a champ since the last time I played full cdr Nid
