Well, EG's new NA lineup is official. Snoopeh, Krepo and Yellowpete have picked up Pobelter and Innox, have taken over Velocity's spot and will try to (re)qualify for the NA LCS.

They're going up against To Be Determined, which leaves me feeling conflicted. EG are my team and I want Krepo's gang to go through, but Epik were my team before them and I was really looking forward to watching Westrice wreck faces with Akali on the big stage again.

 

This new Alliance is looking so impressive. Of course Dignitas without Patoy and with a new top laner is not a super top notch team, but still, what a way to debut!

 

No kidding, Dignitas just got crushed. A very impressive start from Alliance and I can't wait to see how they match up to Fnatic and Gambit.

I completely lost my shit when Wickd started chasing the entire fucking Dignitas team by himself under their Nexus turrets.

 

Yeah, that and the Shook/Kazmitch Chronoshift bait at dragon were hilarious.

 

The new summoner spell icons look so confusing.

They definitely look better but, I feel some of them are just way too similar. Especially Flash and Barrier. I think it's the colors and that wierd perspective.

They don't care about the NA scene. They care for their own team. It's the same reason football teams take foreign players. If he is good and can help them win, they'll sign him up.

That was definitely a team effort, and not solely on Bjergson. And Lemondogs are not an amateur team. They were 18-10 in the Summer Split. The best record in EU iirc.

 

So you clearly don't follow LOL as esports.

Lemondogs current roster was drafted from amateur scene, announced last week. Their team couldn't even get into EU LCS promotions, and still got picked up.

The old Lemondogs are 3/5 in Ninjas in Pyjamas, 1/5 in Alliance and 1/5 in CLG on tryout.

So in essence, that LD team is an amateur team, and if TSM didn't stomp them, it would be pretty ridiculous.


I'm pretty sure Lemondogs will pick up a new roster before the start of LCS, because this team simply wont cut it in LCS.
