I'm the type of guy who doesn't mind mistakes from pro teams as long as they're entertaining and not blatantly stupid, but if I had to choose I'd definitely go for watching two highly skilled teams trying to pull off impossible outplays for slight advantages leading to victory.

I don't recognize the Kha'zix play (I think it was from last year (?) and I didn't watch much of last year), but everything else was pretty recognizable. Good stuff, not sure that it's exactly a hype video though. I feel like that's just the song for this year's worlds.

Worlds today, some good matches right off the bat. I actually think there are a lot of good matchups this worlds, could be a great tournament.

I keep getting S-'s on Viktor. Four or five in a row. But I need an S. FML. Crown about to play Viktor, he will teach me.

Also, Jungle, Top, ADC combined for a 15-32 score in my last game. Facing a super fed riven+vayne is such a pain.

 

This is the dankest timeline. EDG being beaten by BR, and 0-3U ... despite my sadness, I have been amused quite a lot.

 

Good game between RNG vs. TSM. Watch until the midgame dragon fight turnaround and no more. The game is over at that point.

 

SKT on C9's game was brutal. SKT stripped C9 of every single turret and inhibitor, then finished it off execution-style. All C9 got was a single top turret; it was almost impeccable play by SKT. Faker came out with a brutal Syndra pick and he was sexy, just straight up dancing away from Lee Qs.

 

Not sure if C9 was too careless or SKT too good. Probably a bit of both, but a bit more of the former, I think.

 

I think C9 tried a lot of maybe unconventional picks, like Cass, and it really felt like they didn't expect to win. More like, they just wanted to experiment and test their boundaries, play a bit aggressive for the hail mary... and got smashed.

 

Cass isn't an unconventional pick at all. They're just massively outclassed by SKT.

 

Watching midlane was made me flinch. Poor jensen. His ass will be sore for weeks.

More seriously, the casters seem to be giving TSM the edge more to pander to crowd than anything; I don't see TSM pulling an upset over SSG.

Edit: Looks like I ate my words, because TSM is schooling SSG. Bjergson is playing beautifully.
