So. What is it with folks hating on Morgana. I mean, all the research I've done says she's been nerfed several times.

Several times? That's an understatement. Anyway, most of the rage is because her abilities can counter a lot of carries, that's why. But if the team can work around that then she becomes a relatively weak champion.

A very long time ago, she was awesome. Now? Not really. In some situation, can be fun to play, but she's definitely not a champion I'm going to play when I definitely want to win.

 

Kayle is a champion that I only ever really play on Dominion. She shines there. Literally. On SR or TT, she's just.... blah. Cant support very well but neither can she carry.

Morgana's strength comes from her sustain in a lane, her pushing power and her ability to stop disables. (Making her very hard to gank).

Her ultimate is just really nice in just about any sort of teamfight however.

 

Morgana gets so much hate because she is an incredibly strong laner who has to actively make mistakes to lose her lane, can farm and hold her tower even after being put behind, and has significant damage and cc in addition to her shield which essentially makes sure that bruiser X will get through your team and into your squishies without fail.

Like many other 'overpowered' champions, she only became an issue when champions who she had significant advantages against became popular. Everyone sends powerful AP solos mid, and morg can easily survive their burst while denying their farm with her strong pushing while also being able to get kills.

 

Then, after you duo queue, you'll realise that solo queue was better. Duo queue just isn't worth it - unless you're winning 80% of the time.

 

I like duo queueing but we'd probably need to play some games in normals to test run shit. Well... more like for you to see if I'm worthy.

 

Duo Q> Solo.

Camp bot lane. Get fed. focus down 2 enemy weaklings every fight. Win game as you 5v3.

..so.. I played my first PvP game today. I totally out-morgana'd my opponent in the middle, destroyed three towers, and an inhibitor. Then, when I saw the turning point, I tried to get them to go Baron for that little extra we needed. But they refused, several times.


And some fool fed Vayne (And to a lesser extent Alistair) till she was fatter than a Hutt, at which point she decided to rape us.


I am most displeased.

 

Yeah that'll happen. Dealing with gigantic idiots and people who think they are omnipotent and omniscient is all part of the game.

But if you want to really play the game right, try arranging a 5 man pre-made. Get on Skype or Teamspeak and you can co-ordinate and berate and generally rape. And rhyme, apparently. It just makes the game so much better.

 

When it comes to directing human players, I find silently pinging areas once to be the most effective way to get them to go places, especially if you don't directly click on a player/tower so they don't know who pinged.

 

HeH, morgana FTW. she's the best champ in my humble opinion. not becasue of mechanic or because shi is op. just because she is absolute fun to play.
