Hi guys

To clarify:

It would be one game in either April or May that the representative would play (and then maybe the finale in June or July if the person qualifies for it). The game would last for maximum 2 weeks. I've sent out a Doodle to all the confirmed representatives - they choose themselves which starting date would suit them best.

And yeah, it's 500 posts in total per 24 hrs . Of course, that's just a guess - I can't know. But it's important that the representative would be able to handle that kind of activity - and also that the representative feels confident about being able to provide a good deal of posting volume himself/herself. So yeah, it requires a lot of activity on a daily basis for potentially a 2-week stretch (though of course the activity requirements get easier to handle as players die off).

Again, I'm sorry for coming to you guys so late, but I hope you'll be able to decide on a good and active representative by April 2nd preferably

 

I can handle the activity. I am reluctant to represent our site when my strength is directly proportional to how well I know the players.

I would also support Blab, Citrus and Rubicon as good players who are currently active.

 

This looks fun! I am intentionally refraining from giving opinions on players as I'm modding an active game but the names that have been suggested are good.

I don't mind doing it if no one else is free but I'm not considered good yet. :$

If on Tuesday we don't have a clear answer as to who our rep will be I will make a poll so we have Tuesday and Wednesday to respond to it to get our suggested nominee. I'll make it anonymous polling if DLP allows it

Well my exams are over on the 17th, but I'm flying that day. So, sometime in the end of april I'll be totally free.

 

So do most people like the 2 week deadlines our recent games have all used?

I kind of miss when we had 72 hour days. Alternately, 1 week days would be a good compromise between "enough time to think and analyze" and "fast enough to not get bogged down."

 

I think the only reason this game was 2 weeks was due to the very large player count (supposedly)?
