Despite the great intro vid they released, I think I'm passing this one. Especially with Ayaka around the corner.

I also just realized with Ayaka and the new Anemo sword dude this marks the first time we're doubling up on weapon/element combos. Another cryo sword and anemo sword.

The Jean and Barabara skins are really underwhelming, I think I'd rather speedo ZhongLi lmao... I actually wouldn't mind a Venti skin. I think he looks terrible in his base outfit.

Though if Ayaka ever gets a Kimono skin? I die. (they seem averse to lewd shit like bunny girl Rosaria, so I'm keeping my expectations in check lol)

 

She'll likely be a better Razor that plays a bit like Diluc? I haven't looked deeply at her, but doesn't her E have 3 charges before going on CD like him?

Regardless, I'm not pulling for her for the same reason I didn't pull for Ganyu and Hutao (despite them being highest damage in the game), they just seem kinda boring.

Her thighs aren't even as good as Rosaria's!

 

Tapping Eula's E gives up to 2 stacks of her self buff which increase her DEF and stun resistance, holding E consumes stacks to apply Phys/Cryo res debuff as well as adding extra hits per stack.

Her Burst works different from Razor, it scales based on the number of hits she does within 7 secs after activation then explodes for silly amounts of Phys. damage (up to ~4000% if you can somehow reach 30 stacks)

 

So, I’ve yet to play it but it seems that Genshin Impact now has… prop hunt?

The rewards for such a short event aren’t too shabby either.

 

It's pretty fun even though I feel that the balance is skewed towards the hunter since everyone is forced to play with randoms.

It would be even better if they let us play it inside our Teapot.

 

I won as a hider (or whatever they were calling it) by getting on Diluc's house roof, lol. At the end made sure the hunter showed me, spent way too much time getting up there, then they nabbed my decoy. Good times.

 

This game hates me.

No 5star until the absolute limit (if I'm understanding it right) of 90 pulls, and then I even lose the coin toss and end up without Zonghli.

Fate is cruel. I suppose it wasn't meant to be.

 

Samesies. Save for an extra Jean I got from standard at around 20 rolls, I have yet to pull a 5 that wasn't at 90 rolls. And I have never won a 50/50 either.

I need to stop reading Inazuma leaks... Just saw there's a new 5* pyro bow user that:

• Is a fireworks specialist
• is a Shrine Maiden
• is designed to be a fan servicy Shrine Maiden 'like Rosaria.'
• when she uses her E, her auto attacks become pyro and she just starts shooting literal fireworks
• (her burst is a fire aoe like Ganyu... but I'm hoping for a massive firework bang)

I'm expecting Shiba Kukaku huhu. Time to start saving I guess. Sorry Ayaka

 

45 fairly active friends yeah. My main is C1 Jean and her dps set fucking slaps. Everybody wants a pocket healer for challenges and stuff. I also usually replace people who haven't logged in 10+ days when I get a new request.

But number of friends isn't super important.

Some tips for hitting 20k fast:

A) When you login/logout each day, always take 2 or 3 mins to quickly run through online friends list and give them all a boost. Usually reciprocated. No biggie if it isn't. Bought speedups are really where it's at.

B) Buy the 5 speedups every single day and use them on bookshelves, couches, wall hangings, and screens (low load, small placement area, high adeptal). Do this for about a week.

C) Designate a small area in your house to fill with screens for adeptal farming. You can see my main crypto rig briefly in the upstairs of my interior video. I have 3 square areas in my upstairs that each fit I think 8 to 10 screens. All the bookshelves are big boost too.

d) Avoid placing too many animals, plants, and shrubs until you're happy with your layout. Animated objects have super high load and very few are high adeptal. One animal is like 6 or 7 screens and a single tree is like 3 courtyard walls.

E) When you unlock your second outdoor zone, just fill it haphazardly with all the shit in your inventory until you're ready to actually build it up. There was about a week when my entire beach was just rocks and plants and boulders.

F) Always prioritize purples.

G) Unlock objectives as fast as you can, because they give you lots of purple blueprints.

And yeah that's it basically. Once you hit 26/28 per hour things start progressing quickly and you can get back to building trust rank.

 

Eula is gonna be the first character I'm pulling just because she looks amazing and waifu, instead of pulling for power. I don't think Eula will make me stronger, I won't even use her for the current Abyss (hello 36* just now in two tries), but I'll pull her (at least a 50/50 because I hate her banner 4*s) because I just want her.

It's an interesting progression for me as a Genshin (and I suppose, gacha, player), since I've always previously scrambled to pull for strength, but since I've had the endgame on farm for quite a few months now, I kinda have the luxury to just chill and do whatever I want without harming my account development. ...I really wanna save for Raiden, though.

My housing is kinda weakish, only 17k energy, but I did get trust rank 7. I've honestly been focusing on completing the furniture sets for whatever damnable reason... completed all the indoor ones. I think I'll start buying bottles again and speed up some purple quality stuff and get it to 20k asap. But for housing progression... basically, two cycles a day, two boosts a day, bottles only on purple quality shit. That takes you so much further than just doing it once a day.

Prop hunt is... I hated it at first, but now I kinda like it. ...There's too much hiding in trees and rooftops though. At least it got me the hide without disguising challenge.

 

Lack of pvp really helps ease off the pulling pressure.

Lost the 50/50, but decided to go for Eula anyways. Initial impressions: I love walking around as her, and it's nice to have meaty autos that crit for 10k, even with my utterly garbage artifacts.

RIP my primogem stockpile though...

 

Finally won a 50/50. Got Eula literally my first roll upon hitting soft pity. Spent the remaining 3k I had reserved for her to get to hard pity on weapons and got Aquila for Jean.

I'm happy.

Still have 27k for Ayaka.

 

Waifu over sense. I haven't played in a while but I dumped everything on Eula and got her. She's dope! Diluc can eat it.
