Ayaka at 80/ all talents at 8. She's quite good, just takes some getting used to. If i could just get a crit damage sword instead of the battle pass one she would be on par with Ganyu. Her and fischl shred defense, it's pretty great. Perma freeze with Barbara or water sword boy whose name I can never remember is also good. If you have venti her ult is probably the strongest aoe in the game, only problem is aiming the damn ice wave.

 

Fischl shreds physical defence. It doesn't help Ayaka's cryo dmg.

She combines really well with VV Venti, her burst hits those pulled up in the whirlwind perfectly.

 

As an aside. Just found out you can link PSN and PC accounts... but I already have a PSN account with a tiny amount of game time on it... if I can't play my PC account on my PS5 (which runs the game so much better than my PC......) because of a feature they added ages after launch ima be pissed.

This is apparently a thing btw, for anyone playing genshin on playstation. Aloy is coming to the game in October.

 

Yeah we were talking about it a couple posts ago. Weird crossover choice, but I'm down for it. Hoping there will be a quest with some robo-dinosaurs to go with her. Just dropping her into the roster will be odd.

 

Was derping my way out of the tea house after Ayaka sent me to meet Yoimiya when I found a chest behind the counter with 180k mora.

I found most of the flowers, only show up on the first island. 64 in total, and they respawn after 48 hours. You can also go to another persons world to get items. On that exploration note, rip, the big tree caps at lvl 20 for 2.0, and Im at 73 electro sigils again.

Edit: Unrelated, just had some megacunt snipe literally ALL my sakura blooms after saying they wanted valberries. Fuck that asshat.

 

I was doing a domain as host earlier this week either Blizzard Strayer or Elegance Scrolls can't remember but it was only like a day or so after 2.0 dropped, the amount of people who joined and just instantly teleported away was crazy I had to kick them fast because I hadn't farmed yet. Ended up just re-queuing so I wasn't host.

Never crowned any talents before but I'm going to crown Ayaka, damn those mora costs get expensive.

I decided not to pull for Ayaka, largely because I wanted to have a guaranteed pity in case I really wanted someone in the future.

30 seconds and 1 random daily pull later, and I yoinked Ayaka. Thank you Mihoyo, very cool.

 

Yeah I left my pity at 79/90 before Ayaka, wasn't willing to go that 1 more for ages I didn't want to risk it.

 

You should be stopping at 70 if you really want to avoid breakage. The math people have crunched the numbers several times. Soft pity kicks in somewhere between 71 and 75.

 

Just don't pull at all. Was at 45 and figured a 10 pull would be fine. Nope. Now I have Ayaka.

 

Heads up, Genshin has a 5x Google play point multiplier for 6 days. Now is a good time to load up on a few welkins (or a pack if you think you're going to buy one for 2.1 banners).

I'm caving and splurging for the 1st time $50 primo pack.
