Daughter Of Wisdom series by shikii: The best Annabeth POV I have ever seen. The author is in the fourth book, updating every Saturdays. The best thing about it is that is that he inserts minor details into the stories and also expands upon the mythos and adds new story lines. He has obviously done a lot of research into Greek mythology and such, which can be seen in the stories.

Memories trilogy by Anotherwisegirl: Annabeth centric mortal Au, with good characterizations, good romance, fluff didn't feel excessive for me and new story lines. The author is in second book Dreams and updates regularly.

Childhood by GollyGeeWhiz: Mortal Au with Percabeth. A bit fluffy towards the end. Good writing.
