    Gremlins Running Amok

So do any of you ever have the feeling your head is infested with gremlins? I ask because my muse likes to multitask when coming up with ideas. Lately I've been having ideas for 2-4 stories at once. Due to my attention and concentration issues this can become a problem.

I often have to write the first 500 words or so of an idea to be able to retain any of it, even if some (or sometimes most) of those 500 words are summary or outlinish. This leads to me losing many ideas some of which I remember vaguely (not enough to be able to explain) and think would have been really good if I had been able to remember all of the general points.

TL;DR? I have too many plot gremlins (not bunnies!) running around and need help finding ways to cage them so I can dissect them later at my leisure (all in the name of science of course!)

    Try a notebook.
Jesus, one of the worst threads I've seen in a while. You also misspelled the very uninformative title.

at first I thought this was a thread about dieting and fighting hunger pangs to stay fit by manipulating Ghrelin. I am disappointed.

To answer your point: Write what you can, write everything you remember about it. Anything you can't remember wasn't good enough to be memorable. You can then expound on those short ideas into short stories, or blend them for interesting mixology.

At first, when I thought this would actually be about Gremlins, I was like :awesome

But then, when I read your waste of a post, I was like :facepalm

I am now commandeering this thread in the name of DLP and do hereby change its purpose to discussing the derpy merits of Harry Potter/Gremlins crossovers.

Ron: Tell me something, Hermione. How come a cute little guy like this can turn into a thousand ugly monsters?
Hermione: Well, you see, this is before it enters the pupal stage.
    Harry: The pupal stage?
Hermione: Yeah, right. Plus, it multiplies with water.
    Harry: Aw Christ.

I feel like Dumbledore yelling to "Kill it with fire" around the time the Evil House Elves start acting up would be the only thing that made that cross worth while.
