This was amusing indeed. As someone that didn't even read , which I am thankful for, I still find this funny. And "sight" really is mispelt on page 10.

It was mildly amusing, but at no point did I actually laugh... I kept waiting for it to get funny.... But it never did.

Sort of like the non-smut version of

 

Fails for inaccuracy in very first scene. Tony Blair wasn't elected until May 1997. The Prime Minister at the time would have been the Conservative John Major.

Plus, well, I didn't laugh.

That was boring and not funny. I was on my seat waiting, and well no not funny.

 

Not to be arrogant, but typos aside, I find my own one much more amusing

 

The only thing that bugged me was that the author is pro-H/G. Otherwise, there were much worse things I could have done with ten minutes. Decently entertaining.

Oh it was amusing. Plenty of dry humor. I think she sumarized HBP nicely.

 

it was quite interesting, was a little humerous in that that was exactly how it happened, alot of fanfiction nowday, well a select group, of fanfic writers are far past her books, the amount of time she spent to write that one was stoopid, FF writers prolly devote less time to their fics and they are better, longer and come out quicker. Pity on her plot, it was very promising after5th year, while unique, Harry is an utter pussy.

 

I laughed a couple times, especially at this:

DEPRESSED!TONKS: See, Remus? *She* doesn't mind marrying a part-wolf.
DEPRESSED!LUPIN: I'm too old for you...too furry...
DEPRESSED!TONKS: No you aren't, you bloody fool.
REMUS/SIRIUS SHIPPERS: He's not interested. You can tell. It won't happen.

and

DRACO whips around and freezes HARRY, who falls off the luggage rack and loses his cloak. DRACO steps on HARRY's face, hard.
DRACO: Loser.
DRACO leaves HARRY on the floor to choke on his own blood.
HARRY/DRACO SHIPPERS: OMG they're so in love!!!!

and

Then he swings into the 7th-floor boys' bathroom and finds DRACO sobbing at one of the sinks while MOANING MYRTLE tries to console him.
HARRY/DRACO SHIPPERS: (nearly fainting) Oh my God, it's the best hurt/comfort setup ever!!! Hug him!! Hug him!!!
DRACO sees HARRY, wheels around, and tries to send the Cruciatus curse at him.
HARRY/DRACO SHIPPERS: Okay, well, close enough!
HARRY: Sectumsempra! Whatever that does!
What it does is knock DRACO to the floor with blood pouring from half his body.
SNAPE takes DRACO to the hospital wing.
HARRY: 'Kay, the Half-Blood Prince should put a warning on that one.
HARRY/DRACO SHIPPERS: Did you see how in love they were?? They were on the floor in the water and the blood and the tears, and Harry felt bad, and oh my God it was beautiful!!

 

It was rather amusing, but a few parts annoyed me. I can't believe I just read it, though. Dammit! Now I'm starting to remember it. *goes off to sulk*

Yes, but it's made me remember HBP. I sucessfully blocked it out in September completely (besides the needed details of "It sucked. Ginny drugged Harry with love potion. And Snape killed Dumbledore"), and now seven months later I read something that ruins all my hard work?!

Makes me want to cry and go stab the remains of my HBP book some more. *sigh* Ah well, I'll get over it.

 

I returned the book with a friend's receipt (I bought it on Amazon) a couple days after I read it for the first and last time
