This is probably a massive long shot, but I recall reading a fic a LONG time ago which all i can remember now is that it contained Harry dealing with literal personifications of Death, Fate, Time etc. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called or who it was by, but I'd like to find it again.

Side note - I'm well aware my reading choice back in the day was usually god awful, but I'm holding out hope that this was a rare gem for me and it's actually decent still. The premise itself, if irc was pretty cool, I'm just hoping one of you knows what I'm talking about.

I remember that Harry was somehow involved with Death, and I think there was a scene at the end where both of them literally wiped themselves out of existence, but I can't remember much more than that.

 

HP and deaths incarnate is the only thing I can think of, except I don't remember making it to the end.

It was later rewritten as a more lovecraftian horror.

Another oldy was Elemental genesis. More gods than incarnations though. Probably neither but worth a shot.
