I was thinking about working on that Bond!fic that Lungs and I were collaborating on, but I don't think I'll do it justice.

 

I feel you have a great Harry/Veela story in you just waiting inside you like a butterfly ready to burst out of its cocoon, I'm normally right on this king of thing. Make it a Fleur, Gabrielle, an outright OC. No shame.

 

I'll do you proud, Andro, with my Lungsesque HP/Veela story. I'll have something of substance by the end of the month.

It's pure humor most of the time, and all of it is from Fleur's daily diary/notes perspective. It's beautiful in the sense it's hilarious.

 

I vaguely remember reading that in the past, but I can't remember any of the details. Guess I'll try rereading and see if it's any good.

 

Ok, haven't really checked whether this has already been posted but by the search function (nothing came up), but I found this story, which is really, really, really, really promising.
Don't be put off by the summary. It's an addicting read.

I ignored the warning signs from the summary, because I was willing to give it a chance. But I honestly couldn't make it through the first chapter.

 

Same here- Usual Veela powers crap.

Guilty pleasure at most.

 

Ugh, I tried reading that one, but it honestly repulses me.

Perhaps it has more to do with how it is written, rather than the content.

It just seems so... lifeless, for lack of a better word. I read up to the seventh chapter before dropping the story completely.

 

Wtf that sucked. Americanized? Really?

And kb0's never held my attention, even when I actually enjoyed that sort of smeared shit.

 

I am surprised this has grown to more than 100 pages.

Try viewing in 100-posts-per-page mode. It makes everything much better.

 

He has some good concepts... but his writing is dull and lifeless.

I literally had to slog through it... and not even the Harry/Fleur could offset the boredom I felt.
