I literally have a few tears in my eyes, Santi. Your story is what got me into fanfiction and prompted me to -join- the DLP. To see it updated is...well...fucking awesome.

I'll review soon...after I read everything again.

This is gonna be a good year.

Edit: Excellent work as always. The chapter as it stands was great. That said, I feel like there is something missing in this chapter. Perhaps I've been reading too many romance fics lately, but the ball lacked....something more? It felt like Harry's emotions towards Calypso were fairly muted. I know there is the occulumency aspect, but their relationship needs something to spice it up. Not senseless drama...but getting some heat in the relationship could add some much needed flair.

I'm a little apprehensive about the Skeeter plotline. It's always an annoyance in other stories so I hope you'll pull it off.

Once again well done and I look forward to the next one.

Can't believe that this finally ipdated. I had reread this story a few weeks ago and wanted to leave a review then but it was locked.

This story is great, I love the depth given to the magic system.

If there is one thing I dislike about this story it is that The protagonist is named Harry. Why aren't we reading about Nathan Harry's brother? The "Nathan" of this story IS Harry.

 

Holy shit he updated. Welp, time to re-read this entire fic to understand what's going on in the new chapter I guess.

You're referring to Ron, but the youngest Weasley is actually Ginny.

 

Good to see this back. I still hate the minor Ron-Bashing, but overall it's still one of the best Fics out there.

 

In this, he acted just like he acted in the books...
Is just that we see him by Harry eyes.

I just actually finished rereading this a couple weeks ago and holy shit an update! So maybe not a couple years for another update is what you said so what? Probably just one year then? Haha thanks for the update I enjoyed it. It did seem to move in a faster pace then the other chapters, but that might of just been me?

 

This is going to be useless since I don't have a link. But 4ish years ago a member posted a oneshot with a really dumb Daphne Greengrass, sort of a reversal on how she's normally portrayed. Does anyone have a link to this/remembers the story's name?

Wow, was really out of it when I saw this, thought I was still sleeping or something. Great update and I have only one small question, did Rita's article get lost in the copying or did you simply not write it out?

Awesome! This is one of a very few HP fics out there that I still genuinely look forward to updates. I had kind of given up hope; really glad to see it continued.


I thought the task was handled really well; Harry's balance between helping Krum and Nathan was believable and seemed fitting. As did Nathan's ballsing things up a bit.

The Draco schtick is also completely in character. I'm actually looking forward more to the fallout of the inevitable cursing than the cursing itself, but the whole situation is pretty entertaining.

I'll have to go back and reread a couple chapters to see if I've missed/forgotten something, but as it stands the Krum/Hermione thing feels a bit shoehorned in. I know it's canon, but canon doesn't have the Kira backstory with it. As it is, that just seemed to come out of nowhere. Sending things in that direction should be interesting - it's another wrench jammed into the already slightly weird interactions between Nathan's group of friends and Harry's - but progressing it as you have just seems a bit abrupt to me.

Good chapter on the whole though, and I really, really hope to see more of them. This is probably my favourite incomplete fic; made my day to see a bit more of it.
