This one is really good. Very dark and sad if you compare it to other stories. A must read is you like AzkabanHarry and Dark/Independent Harry Potter stories.

This story is nicely written and moderatly interesting, but I just couldn't get over the stupidity of Harry's character.

This patethic piece of shit must be one of the least intelligent Harry's ever seen in an Dark!Harry story. There's no chapter here where the little fuck don't forget his wand, stumble at someone he's trying to avoid, blurt something out, let it slip something he's trying to hide etc... He's like some sad old geezer with alzhimer's disease, stumbling around and forgetting where he's going and what he should do. Furthermore, he's supposed to be this super legilimens and occlumens and yet Snape can read him and twist him around his little finger like some pathetic 10 year old Hufflepuff. It was trully a long time since I've seen a character as pathetically stupid as this one.

Sorry, you can pump him up with whatever powers you think off, but if you don't give him the brains to use them, I just can't respect the character and quickly get irritated with the rest of the story (however good it might be).

 

I think I'll try it, and if Harry really is as stupid as IP82 says I'll stop. xD Intelligent!Harry > Powerful!Harry.

I didn't like his other story much until the latest chapter. Totally didn't expect it, I can't wait to see where its going.

 

I found this peice to be quite good. maybe not the writing itself but the emotions if brought out in me.

I am aware that this story was not reviewed for some time, however I truly felt that this story is worth it. It is definitely the best azkaban fic I have read.

In my opinion it deserves more credit than it has on this site, and I hope that those who enjoy it leave some reviews.

Back to the fic, it is a sad, moving story featuring dark harry who through experiences that azkaban left him, lost all shreds of innocence. There are some parts that I would have written differently, but it's his story so I guess he can do anything he wants with it.

There were plenty of errors and plot-holes in this one. Percy is dead, and then not dead, he hates everyone and then he doesn't, etc. etc. Some parts seem like the author had forgotten what he had written just a few chapters before. It's complete so rather than scoring it as a 2.5, I'll give it a 3.5/5.

 

The writing is jarring and flawed. It's filled with cliche ridden angst and it's a very shallow fic. It's skims over everything and reads like a summary. Not terrible, but it doesn't deserve a place in the library. 2/5
