This has some good points, but it's riddled with stupid plot decisions and shoddy new powers. In the end, it succumbs to the burden of the ridiculous backstory the author had tried to create...

 

Agreed... then there is the fact that its H/G... serious turnoff to me... Hell id take H/HR over this any day.. good story in a vague sense... but over all not that great...

 

it was a complete WTF! moment for me im afraid. I just couldn't get into it at all.

 

He's been alive for thousands of years BUT he still goes to potions class...Hmmmmm

 

Is this the one where they believe he's lost all his magic? If so, I don't want to read it again.

 

I thought this one was completely strange. And why does he even bother going back to hogwarts in the first place? Anyway, It started irritating me after a while so I gave up reading it.

 

I hate it.

Completely rank with WTF moments, and the introduction to his back-story utterly fails to make sense in the first few chapters.

It seems like all he needs to do is to wave a hand at Voldemort to kill him, but no...he must be domesticated and must go to Hogwarts.

Good god.

 

Yup... lots of WTFs... Thought I liked Draco getting kicked in the nuts...

 

That's one of the best explanations for these kind of stories I've ever seen ^^.
Stupid stories that are almost redeemed because Harry does some cool things are a category in their own right. I usually end up wasting way too much of my time reading them.
