Owner, if I was actually a cop, I would have never believed your claim. Which means I had to say that yesterDay. Since I'm not a cop, I did believe your claim ever since since majube claimed.

I will be eager to see if I managed to trick the scumteam before proph's flip after the game, but that'should kind of selfish and not terribly useful. Probably I won't ever be trying to fakeclaim as town ever again, because I seem to be pretty bad at it.

While this is too much work to expect anybody to do, I'm finding this game http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/forum-games/mafia/703166-off-the-grid-mafia-game-over-scum-wins to be pretty useful for judging Citrus right about now. Please consider reading it if you've already reread this gamethread and have a lot of time.

 

Also, all of us townies have to keep our votes on one person; we can't let mafia slip through the cracks.

Miner, you seem to be confusing anti-town and pro-scum.

Feel free to explain the pro-scum motivation for my claim.

Commuter also makes perfect sense in such a small game with a serial killer. The fact that I completely discounted the possibility of there being a third party despite my role was me forgetting that font was the one making the setup, and not Vaimes, and taking Vaimes's joking too seriously.

I also think it's pretty funny that you said that if Proph was scum, I'd be scum, but now that he's flipped town-sided, you've decided that I'm scum anyways just because of a failed gambit. Lynch all liars is a losing strategy for town, but drawing overly strong associations that work whichever way you want is a winning scum strategy.

Who's my partner by the way? Nobody should be getting away with suggesting just 1 member of a scumteam at LYLO.

This is, because its very hard for both scum to list double town as the scumteam in this gamestate, and it's very hard to get all 4 members of town to vote together. So if we can get one member of the scumteam to vote his partner with us, it would be very helpful.

Pro-scum motivation: Claim cop, lynch a buddy, win town cred.

Meanwhile, all the while you subtly crumb that owner is not the true cop, and that you don't believe her. Win in F4 by hopefully mislynching owner.

Like, Citrus has been scumread ever since Jarizok flipped. So you push on him and claim cop, watching as owner pushes on a townie (no one had any idea there was a neutral until he flipped let's be honest here), and you prepare to discredit her for not getting a single check all game in F4 and use Citrus vs. Proph as town cred to hopefully win.

Just in case it wasn't clear, I'm now more or less convinced of mal/Citrus. Esp. with Proph's analysis yesterday.

 

There had to be a SK or a town vig of some sort in order for Jarizok to be mafia 1 shot bulletproof in a non-bastard game.

Generally, in a 13 man setup, 3 mafia and 1 SK is very common, so I'm not totally surprised. Or that's what I assume is case. Having only 2 mafia would be pretty weak and we would not have 2 town power roles if that was the case.

 

Yes, but with Von's joking pre-game I didn't actually think there was a neutral until Proph's flip.
