I'm surprised no-one mentioned Anastasia. Overall it's pretty average, but it has some fun moments. In particular "In the Dark of the Night". I couldn't find the original, but I did find a pretty funny Voldemort cover:

Anyway, the "Best Disney Ever" is split between the holy trinity: Lion King, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast. Mulan was good, but it just doesn't reach the classic status of those three (plus it only really had one great song).

 

I believe that Anastasia is a Fox movie.

Still, it's Disney-like. In fact, I think it ventures far enough into Disney's territory for Disney to have a legitimate claim to it.
