Hey so I was going through a list of old fanfiction stories that I like and there is one that keeps alluding me. Does anyone know of a story where Harry is a phoenix animagus and when he faces the dragon in the triwizard it lets him in? I'm pretty sure this is a time travel story. Thanks

 

That doesn't narrow it down much. "Phoenix animagus" is about as restrictive as "Soul Bonded with Ginny." I'll go out on a limb and guess Fate's Debt by intromit, but recognize that literally dozens of stories employ a phoenix animagus.

 

I think I remember reading something like that.

In the Triwizard scene does the dragon recognise him as a fellow spirit of fire (or something similar) and allow him to get the egg because of it? I think it might be in the library/recycle bin if you have a look through, because I can't quite remember the name of it.
