In honour of Harry Potter's fifteenth anniversary (yes, it really has been fifteen years), Bloomsbury hav announced a competition to find Harry Potter's biggest fan.

It's open only to British and Irish residents, so bad luck you foreign people, but from now until the 31st of July, 2012, you can write into your local bookshop or library with the reason why you are Harry Potter's biggest fan.

The competition rules are available here, but basically you toddle off down to one of 1,800 participating bookshops or libraries, and write your 50 word declaration of love for Harry Potter, and the winner gets a family holiday to Universal Studios and a leather-bound, signed, dedicated and numbered 15th Anniversary Edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

There are some runner up prizes too, but I'll ignore those.

So what are you waiting for? Get off those lazy arses and go win some goodies!
