I'm personally looking for fics with this pairing, as it's a realistic character for a Harry x Slytherin Girl who we've seen in the movies, atleast in a trailer, and isn't Pansy.

So does anyone know of any good fics with this pairing? Or is it not explored yet?

    Wtf?

How is Astoria a "realistic character"? She has no character. She has nothing to recommend her over any other of the characterless girls of Hogwarts. In fact, she has less to recommend her, because she married Draco Malfoy.

Go find a Harry/Daphne fic and find/replace Daphne with Astoria. It will read almost seemlessly.

The difference between Astoria and Daphne is that whilst both are mentioned exactly once in canon, only Daphne's name was mentioned, and Astoria's was not.

The main difference I can spot is that Astoria is substantially younger than Daphne.

I should have been clearer: I was referring to the OP's assertion that Astoria is a "realistic" character. Daphne was mentioned by name, once, in a single sentence. There was no description of her other than that she was in Slytherin. The Epilogue mentions Draco having a wife, but it wasn't until JKR later mentioned that Draco's wife wasn't Pansy as everyone though, but Astoria, Daphne's sister.

And, thus, the score for "realistic" Slytherin pairings for Harry are...

(The presumably unattached) Daphne Greengrass: 0
The unnamed (within the books) girl (who married the twat who fancied himself Harry's nemesis): <0
    Pansy Parkinson: 0
    Millicent Bulstrode: 0
Tracey Davis (only appearing in JKR's notes): <0
Blaise Zabini (The second darkest skinned, and second best hung white girl in Hogwarts, since Hermaphrodione used a black cat hair instead of Bulstrode's as a Polyjuice reagent): -9,999,999

It's really the author's talent and the work they're willing to put into it, which decides whether a pairing comes off as realistic or not. But, all things being equal, a married woman only mentioned in an interview is always going to lose to a (presumably single) woman actually named in the books, in a "default realism" contest.

If ur gonna go the slytherin mary-sue, to help him 'unleash his inner slytherin", or even just his trousersnake - just invent one.

But personally, I only think an Astoria/Harry ship is plausible if they ship Post-HW, while she is still married to Malfoy. It'd have more lulz.
Just do a quick search on any fic site for the keywords "ice" and "queen" and you'll find plenty of stories of what you seem to be after though.

If someone were willing to do an AU, it might be interesting if instead of Slytherin Ice Princess v2.0, have a happy-go-lucky, fun-loving and extroverted girl who gets sorted into Gryffindor. That gives the author an excuse to get Astoria in the same room as Harry for anything other than meals in the great hall. Perhaps have this anomalous sorting cause Astoria's world to come crashing down upon her head. She's seen as a blood traitor by her sister and family and she's treated as such by them; and, in Gryffindor, her fellow students are deeply suspicious of her due to her family connections. Somehow she gets mixed up in the whole Sirius Black thing, maybe seeing things the others are missing, etc . . . As the story moves along, she becomes an integral part of the group and eventually the two develop feelings for one another.

Or here parents could be proud and happy for her... After all, being sorted into Gryffindor doesn't mean that she suddenly isn't a pureblood.

"Huh, One of our daughters is brave, and the other ambitious. That's pretty cool. Oh btw Astoria, you remember the Vane family's youngest daughter? Rommy? I think she's in the year ahead of you. Why don't you try and see if you can pick up the friendship again? You used to be so close when you were little girls."

    Oh Serakins... Romi/Astoria :3 :3 +++

That being said, the reality in fanfiction is that f'(Daphne) = Astoria, where the fail of the author increases without bound...

As far as canon realism, I'd tier it as such:
    - Ginny
    - Hermione, Luna
Thus concludes the list of girls his own age Harry ever cares to interact with.

Then come the group that while not mentioned much in the books, Harry is implied to spend substantial time with and appears to be on well enough terms with:
    - Katie/other quidditch girls, DA members.

Then there are those that Harry at some point shows the hots for/ at least recognizes as good looking, but has a sour history:
    - Cho, Patil twins

And finally, girls that Harry actively dislikes, and who in turn want him dead
    - Canon slytherins

The Greengrasses can arguably skip the very last tier due to never being mentioned, but as has been mentioned above, it's hardly the most 'realistic' in so much as most pairings are precisely zero on the plausible scale. Not that authors can't and haven't done it, but it's a terrible justification to just 'do' a ship.
