These are very good. Had a pair for 3 years and they sounded great plus they're very cheap.

If you buy Sennheiser you do have to pay for them. Bought a pair for £30 that didn't last me 6 months. They had pretty good sound but they were uncomfortable and an awkward fit.

I'd go with AKG. Good sound quality, comfy, look good enough.

I currently own an AKG K430, which has a good sound for relatively cheap (~70€). The cable's a bit fragile, though - had to use my warrranty after 8 months. (disclaimer - no headphones have lasted more than a year for me, and I don't abuse them. Just use them a lot)

Next time I'll probably get the K450, which is slightly more expensive (around 90€, I think), but the cord can be unplugged and replaced, so it's probably a better deal, durability-wise.

I used to buy Sennheisers, but they're not nearly as comfy as AKGs, and the sound suppressing system isn't as good either.
