I think Imma try playing a Shudderwock Evolve Shaman and see how that goes. I've already got a few ideas and it looks like it might be a bunch of fun.

 

I'm going to try this unknown deck that I believe is called Cubelock. I need to climb the ladder to rank 6.

What was everyone's free weapon and did y'all play it in a deck?

Mine was Twig of the World Tree and I have never used it in a Druid deck.

 

I got the Warrior one. What do you think?

 

The warrior one is actually decent. I'm just... not a fan of the Druid Mana Cheating archetype, at least not since Aviana and Brann rotated out.

Pretty sure I got Runespear? And I've opened like 4 since, lol. Given the new changes to legendaries in packs, I guess you can guess my opinion on it.

BTW, you guys see Trump's idea for OTK Shaman? Basically revolves around Shuddererwock comboing with Saronite Chain Gang, Lifedrinker, Grumble and Murmuring the first one to guarantee the 1 cost Shudderwock returns to hand (because random). Hilarious, until I lose to it...

Why so many one-ofs?

I'd drop Nat Pagle, Inquisitor and Gilneas Royal Guard for more dragons tbh. Maybe even Nightmare Amalgam over Shadow Ascendant.

Potion of Madness is Wild - unless this is a wild deck. Seems to be the only one though.

 

Odd Elemental Mage is also going to be strong as fuck

Ah damn, PoM is indeed Wild. I like one offs for more options in general tbh.

 

Duskbreaker is still the strongest card in that deck, you're probably gonna want to use it on 4 every time, especially in the first few days where I expect a lot of aggro tbh.

Dragon Priest would just be busted with Potion still around, lol. Marsh Drake + Potion = 4 mana 5/4+assassinate (unless taunt).

 

Just a couple more hours till I we can open our packs. I’m hoping for Baku and Chameleos most.

 

Rogue cards always for me

 

I too am hoping for Baku. I think many are overlooking Odd-Elemental Shaman. Shaman doesn't lose much and the very important Kalimos & Al'Akir can be discovered/summoned respectively. Plus Shudderwock can be put into the deck as a finisher.

 

Why though? Do you think the ability to choose your totem is worth not playing evens?

I think Even Shaman has a better chance.

 

Choosing the totems are key to getting the 5 drop Stormcaller to activate.

But maybe you are correct about Genn Shaman being better. That is why I rather open Baku/Genn than craft either since we don't know if these new deck archtypes will be any good.

I've been trying a lady deck but they don't really appear to be working. At best it's a win more card. But than again it's mostly rush decks at this point and all the cheap taunts wreck them anyways.

Edit: although derenged doctor is the unsung card of the expansion. Buffs free from amber nicely
