Unfortunately I didnt have any removal because I was running a level 0 priest deck with only commons. Polymorph would have been great but I had to just smack through the yeti. Actually, my current priest deck only has about 4 or 5 cards over common and its still doing well.

 

Just won an Arena vs a Pally with two SoJ and two Truesilvers AND 3 Argent Protectors.
He got impatient and played his BGH hoping to end the game. I still had my Ironbark in hand.

edit: A Mage with 4 Fireballs and Ragnaros. Holy crap. This is at 2(above) and 3 wins wtf.

edit2: Hell yeah! Just went 12-2 with Rogue. This is separate from above. Losses were to a Hunter and a Mage.
Hunter had double Kill Command. Mage top decked his second Flamestrike into Frost Elemental.

First 12 wins ever! Got 475 gold.

How the hell do people win with miracle rogue? I cannot figure that deck out.

But in all seriousness, Gadgetzan combos are pretty key. Helps you get more removal or key combo damage cards.

 

No shit... I understand the basics of the deck, but there is a really large gap between understanding the concept and being able to consistently make correct decisions. Miracle Rogue is easily the most complex deck I've ever tried to play, and it's gonna take me a couple hundred games to get a handle on it most likely. It probably takes around that to really learn any deck properly, but combo decks like this one tend to have a lot of variance, and if you misplay at all you lose really badly.

Well, this is the whole set up.

The four Mana Wyrm + two Mirror Image (Plus coin for bonus bullshit when I have that) is an amazing combo early game. I ended one game on turn five, it was hilarious.

If they manage to clear that, generally I've done enough damage to finish them with a pyroblast later on (while using Defender, the taunts, and the three polymorphs to keep me safe). The secrets are just bonus bullshit that can also empower the mana wyrms while annoying the hell out of the opponent and maybe, if I'm lucky, giving me a bullshit Ethereal Arcanist.

I thought Spellbender was going to be pretty useless, but it actually saved me from an execute one game and a Hunter's explosive shot another.

Seeing an explosive shot be shunted off to the side and wasted on a 1/3 is hilarious.

 

I'm fucking tired of being the only one without legendaries and losing because the other guy had 40 euros to throw at the game.

Great ranked story. Playing mage vs another mage, and I think I've lost. My board is totally cleared, he has a boulderfist and another fatty. Life totals are 16 for him and 15 for me. I fireball his face, putting him to 10 and spam well played with one card in hand hoping against hope he thinks its a pyroblast when its actually a Kobold Geomancer. He says well played and plays stormwind champion. Then I topdeck the Pyroblast and proceed to cackle manically as I level up in style.

 

It's people like you that make people rage quit Hearthstone.

 

I got hit with a 17dmg Pyroblast today.

 

So, I just lost to a mage as a pretty strong Warrior deck.

He had Deathwing, Pyroblast, 2 Flamestrikes, Blizzard, 2 Fireballs, 3 Frostbolts.

Ended 5-3 =(

 

I just had an incredible ranked match against a Mage using a Combo-Priest deck. Turn 2 Mind Visioned into opp's Cairne! I won after he went to face instead of attacking Harvest Golem which I then buffed to 6/6 + Golden Mind Blast.

 

So, I just hit my 50th arena run.

I still haven't hit 8 wins... at all. 7 and 5 wins are my most, at 8. I average 6 wins per arena, with a 67% win rate.

I lose to Shamans the most, at 45.45% of the time. Hunters next, at 44.83%.
Surprisingly, I lose to Mage and Pally less than 30% of the time. Druid is even better, at 21% of the time.

I face Mages and Pallys by far the most, at 24% and 18%. The rest are around 10%.

Some interesting insights here. I mostly remember my Mage losses, mostly because those are the ones that are most bullshit/"topdecked".
Shaman and Hunter can get a lot of value out of their removal. And part of losing to Hunter can definitely be contributed to their Hero power giving them additional reach when you're low.

It would be interesting to see class and win % for the matches above 5 or even 7 wins though. That would probably explain part of why I lose so much to Shamans and Hunters. The ones that get to 7+ wins have very good decks.

I just lost to a Shaman with a really good Druid deck.
He had Rockbiter into Twilight Drake into Sea Giant into Frostwolf Warlord (with totems >.>)
Holy fuck.


Edit: Just beat a Druid with Rogue.
He had Cenarius, Alexstraxa, shittons of Wrath and a Swipe, 2 Druid of the Claws, and a Keeper.
Not enough creatures or a good curve I'm guessing.

Edit: So, I just opened Ragnaros and Onyxia in the same pack. Along with the Nat Pagle I opened a week ago, that's 3 Legendaries in about 25 packs. Thank you based RNG.

30 new cards will be added and once earned through adventure the cards can be used in constructed.
