Accursed=Abbadon in DotA- His ultimate auto casts when he is at 400 health or lower(can cast before then if you want) from there it lasts for 3-4-5 seconds I think and any damage taken during that time heals him.

Note

His ultimate takens no mana and has a 60 second cooldown. Legionair(Axe) ultimate will kill even through Accursed ultimate.

New Scout is remarkably enjoyable. Been getting a lot of air time with him.

 

Possibly the most played hero. Incredibly imbalanced. Even complete retards are doing ok with him.

I have played 35 games and the only heros i can play good with are Maliken, Scout and Swithblade.

It seems to me that new players get lucky a few times with an hero who is easy to play, then they get it in their head that thats the only hero they can play good.

Certain heroes are good in certain situations, you combine heroes strengths to make a good team which synergies well. That said I am getting sick of fighting these massive AoE disable teams(Chronos, Behemoth, Tempest, Kotf, Plague Rider).

Above all else use strategy and think tactics, its a very technical game. If they have too many carries which need baby sitting(common in public games) then you need to capitalize on that and don't let them get any farm, gank em while they are weak and finish it fast before they turn the game around.

The good public teams are the ones that ask before choosing a character. If they ask if anyone can play tank, for example, or send ranged heroes to the middle lane, it's usually a relatively experienced team.

I personally prefer intel heroes, but I'm decent at some agility ones as well.

And Sand Wraith is ... interesting. I have both won and lost with him. The instant hero reveal is useful, especially when the enemy is jungling. The teleport actually is incredibly useful if you use your ulti while still at base - it lets you jump in right after a spawn.

There was an update today, Silencer and Spirtbreaker were added, they also reset stats. Played 3 games, did awesome on the first two and 1/6 on the 3rd(Everybody was lagging)- Still fucking raging that it did not record my stats for the first 2 games.
